Food was good in all the restaurants. Rooms are a little tatty and need some work on them, towels in the room need replacing, old and very worn. Mosquitos in room (take a plug in) Beach is nice in this area. Cappuccino coffee - very nice, staff very good Enjoyed all the restaurants and booking is very easy on the app. Mini bar is not replenished unless you ask several times for it to be done. Main Pool - dirty and work going on whilst there (pool lets the resort down) Entertainment in the lobby bar always good.

Jan 26, 2025Stunning location overshadowed by environmental neglect and irresponsible management
While the hotel enjoys a breathtaking oceanfront location with immense potential, my experience was tainted by shocking environmental negligence, irresponsible tour operations, and poor management accountability. Firstly, the state of the beach directly in front of the hotel was appalling, with trash scattered across the sand. Despite raising this issue repeatedly with the management, they dismissed my concerns. In the end, I cleaned the beach myself, paying local workers from my own pocket. Even after the waste was collected, the hotel initially refused to dispose of it. Only after I involved the tourist police did they begrudgingly take action. Secondly, the tours offered by the hotel were not only irresponsible but actively harmful to the environment. They run speedboat tours through protected mangrove areas, with boats far too wide for the narrow natural pathways. These tours cause significant damage to fragile ecosystems that are supposed to be protected. Additionally, during a storm with dangerously rough waters, the hotel proceeded with a tour to Bacardi Beach, showing a reckless disregard for guest safety. When I raised my concerns about this clear safety violation, the tour operator refused to speak English, effectively shutting down any possibility of meaningful communication or resolution. It’s infuriating to see a hotel profit from such a stunning natural location while showing zero respect for environmental preservation or guest safety. Sustainable tourism is not just a buzzword—it’s a responsibility, one that this hotel has completely failed to uphold. Unless the management implements serious changes to address these critical failures, I cannot recommend this property to any responsible traveler.

A great experience with top-notch accomodations
This all-inclusive resort is one of the best Punta Cana has to offer, with a spacious, friendly atmosphere and comfortable bungalows. The staff was very attentive and helpful, and the event organization was impeccable Our stay was very pleasant, highly recommended
