Jan 29, 2025Go with the Flow and you'll have a Wonderful Time.
This is a very nice place to take a family. If you don't expect anything extra, you will have a marvelous time. The Buffet is stupendous--everyone was happy from kids to vegans to fish & meat lovers. The grounds, the pools, and the rooms were very clean; workers are everywhere keeping the place nice. The beach is lovely, and there are lots of lounge chairs--never had to search for one; we particularly liked the loungers that were under the palm trees steps away from both the pool and the beach. The only time you might be unhappy here is if you are trying to book specialty restaurants are anything else that requires special attention. It's just not worth the aggravation, and for the price point, I get it--you get what you pay for. If you want the special attention, you'll have to pay more. But otherwise, this place was terrific.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The staff was very helpful. There was a bit of shuffling with our room and the hotel provided strawberries and champagne to make up for it ! What a wonderful stay! The pool was so clean. The rooms where amazing!

Paradise in mexico
Amazing resort a lot of restaurants, casino shopping, and nice quality drinks. The buffet is amazing. A lot of options the staff are perfect and very friendly the room are very big and nice with sea view. The entertainment team it's amazing. i have a lot of fun in enjoy every thing 100% I will back

The bed is very hard and not very comfortable. You also only receive 1 dinner reservation per nights stay as part of the all inclusive package. Other nights you will have to do the buffet or pay additional for added dinner reservations. Entertainment shows are at an extra cost as well. The pool also closes at 6pm, which was a real bummer. With that said, the service staff was great but I likely wouldn’t stay here again.

Very big resort a few things could use a little more attention but over all it was great Food was good and lots of things to chose from. Staff was great and friendly Cleaning staff was awesome Beach was ok but a little rocky in places so you had to go down from the resort if you wanted to swim Over all I would go back again
