    Experiencia Friendly fun

    Execelente hotel todo el personal muy atento , amable y dispuesto a ayudar y resolver dudas. Kari, Uri e Isaac del kids club muy amables , divertidos y cuidadosos con los pequeños. Los meseros del palmar muy amables en especial Felipe. En el hotel lse siente un ambiente muy agusto , cómodo y familiar. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas . En general me encantó solo estaría bien una alberca un poco más grande para los niños ya que para adultos hay más y que talvez consideren la opcion de dejar un par de refrescos en el refri de las habitaciones para cualquier cosa en la noche mientras estés ahí. Ma cafetería es un lugar excelente y cómodo los cafés y panecitos deliciosos al igual que toda la comida y bebidas. Regresaría sin dudarlo.

    Tienes que visitarlo!

    La experiencia en general fué muy agradable, la atención en los restaurantes fué muy buena, especialmente en el restaurante FRIDA, con la.atencion de María, Nabor, Alma, Pablo y Lorena. La comida deliciosa y muy variada. El show de magia nos encantó.

    The worst hotel I've ever been to

    The worst hotel I've ever been to. Attention from the staff I don't even know how to rate it. Low quality, inattentive, slow, despair and I think they do it on purpose. On the first day, a boy with no pants came in several times on our terrace. We requested a change of room because of the insecurity it generated, since the terraces were shared. It wasn't possible. The next day we tried too.... 3 hours for the change and the solution was to give us another room with attached terrace (I understand that those rooms are for relatives who want to join their rooms) I went with my brothers and partners, and the solution could be to share a room with them, but impossible. Then the deal in the restaurants, the slow... The quality of the food for a 5-star hotel leaves much to be desired. Big disappointment. Our goal was to relax a few days on the beach and it was anything but relaxing.

    A relaxed holiday

    There is good cleanliness in the rooms, the service of the employees is super good, It was nice my stay, the waiters Nabor,Alma, Palma, Christian and Maria were very attentive and friendly as everyone (don't ask their names) excellent.

    All excellent

    Everything is excellent, the service of the waiters and people in general, very nice atmosphere in the hotel, comfortable room, super varied food and has delicious international food restaurants, super recommended to spend excellent family vacations.
