I had a fantastic stay at the Flamingo Cancun All Inclusive. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, Selena Cruz was very attentive to our needs and was very nice. The staff Salvador, German, Christian, Jose, Antonio and the towel girl was incredibly friendly and helpful. The whole crew was so attentive. The pool and beach was so clean and relaxing. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience."

Amazing holidays!
The staff is very friendly and Salvador (pool guard) was great and very helpful! No matter what we ask for, he was there to assist. He even gave us good tips on how to get in coco bongo night club! The hotel provides everything you need from cocktails, snacks and meals!

This is a 3 star hotel, definitely not higher. Cons: when we arrived to check in at 8.30 pm we were told our room was not available as there had been a leak. They had all day to sort out this issue yet did not. We were given another room for one night which was not ideal as we could not unpack/we had to wait until 3.30 the day after for a new room despite being promised we would be a priority for a new room in the morning. However, the main issue was the female reception staff. When we expressed our disappointment and anger at the situation they found it funny and were actually smirking in our faces. There was no apology. Our misfortune seemed to be their form of entertainment. Their attitude was truly disgusting and they should be sacked. -building works going on at the hotel. Constant drilling and banging can be heard which is far from relaxing. -food very average, often the same and sometimes cold, even at the nicer hotel. -on day of check out they stopped out all inclusive at 12 even though our flight was not till 8. Most hotels don’t do this. Pros: -very good location on a stunning beach -good mix of entertainment -bar staff work very hard, nice cocktails -pizza place nice and good pizzas -this hotel was ok for a budget hotel -a few nice staff members This hotel is okay for the price. You get what you pay for and it is a budget hotel. I would not stay here again unless it was the only affordable option. The main reasons being the rude staff/ issues not being solved quickly enough and building works which takes away the peacefulness of the hotel. Please do not stay here if you expect more than 3 stars maximum as you will be very disappointed and it could ruin your overall experience of Cancun, which is in fact beautiful and well worth visiting! Choose a different hotel.

Awesome staff!
I had a good time, Angelica, Angelica and Jonathan were awesome at the pool bar, always great service and Jonathan understands perfect English, I hope when I return i see the same staff at the pool, I felt so welcomed and safe. Love the hotels.

This hotel and its staff are very rude. The managers and reception staff are lacking customer service skills and need training. Be aware off the hotel as they try to scam/charge for the smallest things. The manager off the front desk Mr Felipe Feyes is arrogant and totally unreasonable. Is he really a manager? He defends the bad actions off the reception staff and has no idea in resolving issues. I recommend that you dont stay here. The food options are repetitive and there are better resorts elsewhere.
