Excelente servicio, en especial en el restaurante Macarela. Somos una familia con dos hijos de 3 y 1 año específicamente y nos atendieron siempre ellos. Nos gusta mucho la comida y lo gentiles que fueron en todo el momento de la cena. Fueron muy atentos

E una cosa belisima
Excelente servicio, en especial lo que rescato al millón es el servicio del restaurante pelícano Italiano, el servicio, comida, ambiente, trato, fue maravilloso, sin quejas y con deseos de volver a compartir esta experiencia de nuevo y tener la dicha de ser atendidos por Elías y su equipo

La pase super bonito, me encantaron los shows
Realizar más actividades en la parte premium, se les está dando más prioridad a las otras zonas, la comida estaba rica, pero hacerla más variada. El servicio al cliente fue de lo mejor así que muchas gracias por su servicio. Esperamos volver

Some complaints and other thanks
Several things: At the entrance, we are a family of 12 people, my dad was the one who made the reservation, then he had to do the procedure, we arrived at 10 am, because we had paid to enter earlier. The girl at the reception, although she did not tell us any rudeness, her treatment was not at all kind, we all felt the same, as if she was upset, it bothered her that we asked questions Another situation happened on Sunday, we have always left the pool towels on the chairs, while we are in the pool and go to the restaurants and at 11 am, when I arrived to pick up mine, I was missing 3, I asked a boy who was in charge of that at the time, next to the premium and he told me that that is my responsibility and that it was my turn to pay for them. Then my dad went to ask, he was already a girl, I explained, and he helped me by giving me the cards But of the veryyyy good things was the excellent care we received in the premium area, from the waitress April, in the restaurant Macarela, she is very helpful and attentive Also the boy Michael, who was in charge of serving drinks outside the bar Finally at departure time, because of the girl at the reception desk after she took care of us badly, something did wrong, which caused us to spend more than 1 hour

The stay has been very good, I only get a taste for a reservation theme in à la carte restaurant. Today is my birthday and they didn't want to book me for a family dinner, that left me a little sad really. I would have liked to be with them here. They only gave the reservation to me and the reception of the people of the restaurant super attentive and friendly, no complaints, they sang birthday and it was very cute. The only complaint would be that, since I heard other new arrivals with reservation in the other restaurant that always passes full, I do not understand why for them if there was space and for me with my family not since I arrived much earlier and with 3 nights stay. That is very regrettable, but hopefully they will take this into account. Thank you.
