    Luxury and Relaxation

Everyone at the hotel has been very nice. From the beginning to end. The staff knows how to spoil a guest. From the morning breakfast crew, Jesus and Evaristo, and also Victor I believe, who spoke English too. Our night crew who also made our experience feel luxurious Jose de Jesus stood out because he made sure we were always taken care of. We will be returning more often to Fiesta Americana Acapulco.

    As wonderful as ever.

I was very excited to return to this hotel after having missed 2024 due to hurricane Otis and the damage it left behind. From the moment, I stepped off the plane and saw a familiar face at the airport waiting for me to the moment I stepped out of the taxi at the hotel, and there were a lot of familiar faces waiting for me, I knew it was going to be a wonderful trip. From the beautiful lobby to the redone rooms to the outdoor activities, things could not have been better. The staff at this hotel are amazing. They are the kindest warmest people you ever want to deal with. From room service to housekeeping to the front desk and of course the pool area. I can’t say enough good things about thisHotel and its employees. Everything is new and it looks wonderful. If you want to feel at home where you are staying when on vacation, this is the place to be. Special shout out to Mauricio, Enrique, Angeles, Christina, David, Saul, Dulce, etc. I apologize if I’ve missed anybody.

    Fabulous Stay

I love this hotel. One month stay. All perfect. Everything is spotless and the employees in every area ( pool, restaurants, bellboys, reception, housekeeping ) do everything they can to make sure that you have a wonderful experience. Special mention to Mauricio in operations who is on top of everything, and has a genuine interest in making sure that the guests have everything they need, Victor in the lounge who makes sure that everybody is comfortable and happy, and Minerva who is one of the best housekeepers that I have had the pleasure of knowing in all my travels. I also want to mention that I know that dealing with guests can be challenging and all of these people make it look effortless which I very well know it's not. Kudos to this hotel for what they have accomplished regarding providing fabulous stays to their guests.

    Returning to its former self

For a long time, I've been touting this hotel as the best hotel on the bay, and I still stand by that statement. After Hurricane Otis, this hotel, like all the others, was thoroughly destroyed. Approximately 10 of the floors have been restored to full service, and the following 7 will be completed within this calendar year. While tourism isn't what it has been prior to the storm, it is making its way back. The pool is brand new and just wonderful. The staff from the maids to the waiters and waitresses have all returned. Some have been there for over 30 years. It was nice to see. The rooms are as they have always been. Very comfortable beds and immaculately cleaned every day. The views of the bay are just stunning. The pool staff, especially Angeles Zaratechavarria, is very friendly and always on top of her job as she has been for years. Julio will be missed by the long-time visitors to this hotel but it was nice seeing Saul around the pool. The front desk is always very helpful and fully staffed, and Mauricio Solis is very accommodating if a guest has any special needs. The food is terrific. The breakfast buffet is excellent, as are the menu options. The pool options offer a variety either at your chair or dining area, and it's great. The drinks are not quite as strong as in the past, IMO. I still have a few days left but can not wait to extend my days in 2026. This is the hotel to visit when planning Acapulco.
