Returning to its former self
For a long time, I've been touting this hotel as the best hotel on the bay, and I still stand by that statement. After Hurricane Otis, this hotel, like all the others, was thoroughly destroyed. Approximately 10 of the floors have been restored to full service, and the following 7 will be completed within this calendar year. While tourism isn't what it has been prior to the storm, it is making its way back. The pool is brand new and just wonderful. The staff from the maids to the waiters and waitresses have all returned. Some have been there for over 30 years. It was nice to see. The rooms are as they have always been. Very comfortable beds and immaculately cleaned every day. The views of the bay are just stunning. The pool staff, especially Angeles Zaratechavarria, is very friendly and always on top of her job as she has been for years. Julio will be missed by the long-time visitors to this hotel but it was nice seeing Saul around the pool. The front desk is always very helpful and fully staffed, and Mauricio Solis is very accommodating if a guest has any special needs. The food is terrific. The breakfast buffet is excellent, as are the menu options. The pool options offer a variety either at your chair or dining area, and it's great. The drinks are not quite as strong as in the past, IMO. I still have a few days left but can not wait to extend my days in 2026. This is the hotel to visit when planning Acapulco.

Beautiful days in Acapulco
Great pool with a nice view and very attentive staff. The rooms above us were still under reconstruction after the hurricane and you can tell Acapulco has seen better days, but it was still a wonderful trip and a great hotel. Very little English is spoken FyI

Great stay in Acapulco
Everything was great. The hotel, the pool, the staff, the food. Huge shout out to Maria de Los Angeles at the main pool. She was so nice, and friendly, and took such good care of us. The City of Acapulco is rich in history and culture. The hotel is super downtown in the heart of the city.

Fun stay in the heart of Acapulco
Hotel is nice. Food is good. Pools are great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Angeles at the pool. She took great care of us. I wish more of it was finished and open, they are still recovering from the hurricane, but such is life.

Super loud and bad food
Non stop offensively loud music heard inside the room for 10 hours every day. Looking forward to leaving this hotel and getting some peace and quiet and a decentl meal. Not for relaxing. Also no gym. And careful getting in the shower . Dangerous
