We had a great time at this resort. The food was very good, with many options to choose from. The views were spectacular with wonderful ocean views, sunset views and even the overall architecture . While I wasn’t necessarily into the entertainment that was there each day, they definitely had fun options with variety for more party type people. The pools were very nice and relaxing, with options for kids and adults. Lastly, the staff was so nice and welcoming. Eladio, Angel, Jose and Edgar always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and crack some jokes with us. My girlfriend and I would be happy to go back in the future!

Our Second Home
We love FACC. I think we're close to about 20 stays. The people, the amenities, and the food are all fantastic. They go out of their way to consistently give you special service. Shout out to Pedro, Carlos, Sandro, Felix, Rosalindo, Rodolfo, Eligio, Joani, Cesie, Paula Fernanda, Isidro, and Chelito.

Best hotel/resort in Cancun!
Eladio from the buffet was wonderful. Very attentive and polite. Helping us enjoy our visit at this hotel. We are looking forward to come back! The resort has everything you need to have a great time without leaving the hotel. From the food and drinks and entertainment there is always something to do.

Great place for groups, large or small. There is something for everyone 24/7. The spa may not have the look of super luxury, but the services are definitely top notch. I highly recommend the deep tissue massage, and have to name drop Daphne. She is AMAZING!
