We just spent a week at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún. It’s a beautiful resort and ALL the staff are so friendly and hard working. The resort is always immaculate and thanks to Abril in housekeeping, our room was always spotless. Our favorite restaurant was a tie between Rosato (Italian) and Don Roberto (Street Tacos and Quesadillas). At both of these restaurants we were treated like royalty by Jairo, Oscar, Manuel and Yoana. Our favorite entertainment was the Selena Tribute in the Lobby Bar. The dancers were amazing! A special thanks to Samuel, Eduardo, and Luis for making us great drinks! Breakfast buffet was delicious and our favorite waiter was Ramiro. He made us feel like family. Also taking good care of us at the buffet were Elidio, Magüi, Angel, and Jafat. Poolside we had excellent service but our favorite person was Oscar. And last but not least, thanks to Fabian for the warm welcome when we arrived. Thanks to everyone fir a great vacation!!

FACC is a great resort. This is my second visit here. The staff at every level was very attentive to the needs of me and my family. The rooms have been updates since my last visit. The housekeeping staff did a great job every day keeping things replenished and the refrigerator stocked with whatever we wanted for drinks in the room. There is good variety of restaurants to choose from, and the food is great at all of them. The bars are well stocked and the bar tenders can make almost anything you want, and will use premium liquor upon request. Overall, I found FACC a great place to visit. I will definitely be going back!

Relax
Love this place!! Such Great staff and amazing facilities! Eladio was especially friendly and real character would 100% go back! No ask was too big I needed a doctor to my room in the middle of the night and they had one there within half an hour! Never felt unsafe had a great time also love David and Eddie activities coordinators!

Modern, beautiful, secure stay!
Secure, comfortable, beautiful and spacious. Layered pools was a perk though beach was not what we expected (limited in space, sand ‘drop off’ to walk out into water, coral was dangerous). Well maintained facilities (no fitness center) and great views. Would come here again and bring the family!

Yearly Tradition in the making
We can not say enough good stuff about this resort. We were married here last year and that deserves a post in itself, 10/10 best wedding any of our 70 guests ever attended. the vibes never stopped, the drinks kept flowing, the sun never stopped shinning. so of course we came back again this year for our anniversary, although it was less of a party vibe for us this time, we had such a wonderful experience: relaxing daily at the cabanas, enjoying romantic dinners every night. this resort is a total dream. special shoutouts to the wonderful staff who made our stay even more special. they truly make you feel like family and interact with you and care about your experience. we love Eladio, Elmar, Minerva, Erica, Luis, Osvaldo, Cecilia, Alma, Piana, (the manager of the Italian restaurant, so sorry I can’t remember your name) come to this resort, you won’t regret it, we can’t wait for next year 🫶
