Stay Disrupted by Bites – Extremely Difficult Nights
I am a frequent guest at Hilton properties and generally trust the brand for comfort and quality. Unfortunately, this particular stay was disappointing and far from restful. While the hotel has a convenient location and the breakfast was acceptable, several issues affected our experience. The room was outdated and in need of refurbishment. The parking spaces were extremely narrow, and the front desk team lacked warmth and engagement during check-in and throughout the stay. The most troubling part of our stay was the repeated insect bites we experienced overnight. Each morning, my family and I woke up with numerous bites. We informed the front desk, and although they arranged for a room inspection, we were told nothing had been found. However, I personally brought one of the very small insects found on my pillow to reception. The response was dismissive, and I was told the bites might have occurred elsewhere — even though i stayed at the hotel. In total, I had dozens of bites in just two nights, and my family members were similarly affected. It made our nights extremely uncomfortable and disrupted our sleep significantly. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but the way this situation was handled made us feel ignored rather than cared for. I left the hotel disappointed and with the feeling that our concerns were not taken seriously. I truly hope this property takes measures to improve both the condition of the rooms and the responsiveness of the staff. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Great hotel near Disneyland
Very comfortable and clean room. Love to stay at Embassy Suites hotels. Love their afternoon happy hours and morning breakfasts. Catch the local bus service from the hotel to Disneyland resort 10 minutes away. Bed was very comfortable and slept very soundly. Staff was very friendly. Been here at this hotel years ago with our grandson. We loved our stay then as well as now. Very family friendly

Not worth it
In room TVs don't give you the ability to connect to your streaming services when other Hilton brands do. Salsa at the Evening reception got us sick. Drink choices at evening reception were very limited. Breakfast was barely warm to the point that the health department would have shut it down. One elevator was broken. The only high point was Frank at the front desk.

Locating missing item
It was challenging to locate the appropriate department to find a missing item. (Hence the 4 star review). My son had left behind his Nintendo Switch joy-con controller. Finally, I was able to contact their housekeeping supervisor, Mrs. Scefani Cardenas, who was exceptionally helpful. I appreciate your efforts in ensuring that we were able to retrieve the item.

Nice hotel... Terrible Parking Situation
This is a typical Embassy Suites with large rooms and decent amenities. The breakfast is a continental-style breakfast with the addition of scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, and a made-to-order omelet station. The setup is very good with minimal waiting in line. The evening reception is okay. They have chips, salsa, and some vegetables. Bud Light is the only option for beer, but have a good selection if you are willing to pay at the bar. Most Embassy Suites have more than one cheap beer selection included. If you will have a car, beware. The parking situation is terrible and probably the worst I have encountered at a hotel that charges for parking. It is an open lot shared by 3 hotels and a restaurant. Multiple times, I circled the lot, looking for a spot. Many of the parking spaces are 7 feet wide (they are not marked for compact cars either). This is barely wider than a full-size vehicle. Oddly, some spots are 9 feet, which provides more room. Because of this, people often take an additional space to fit in their car. If you can find a spot, you will be crammed between two other vehicles. Overall, I would stay there again... but would try to avoid having a car on site.
