May 02, 2025Best hotel and staff you could wish for, fantastic help
It's been a while since myself and my wife went to the Felix with my parents and friends. I CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH, I have had a lot of medical problems since and they done EVERYTHING to make it the best holiday we have ever had. This hotel and staff are amazing, kind, helpfully and more the rooms they gave us were unbelievable, thank you all from the bottom of my heart, I'm at a pause in treatment and might try and get there again as it was so peaceful and relaxing which we needed. l

Amazing views
If you want pure tailored luxury this is for you. From the minute you arrive to a sweet cocktail, to the minute you see your glorious room. From the amazing hosts to the exceptional food. We were privileged to have own infinity pool and a view to die for. Can’t fault our stay in any way. Thank you to all the exceptional staff.

Beauty and luxury!
Positively: The resort is luxurious and this is seen in the spaces and in the care! The decoration is cozy everywhere, the rooms are provided top quality robes, slippers, towels etc., the cosmetics are Gilchrist & Soames... Fantastic views (both from the room and from all the communal areas), wonderful beach (going down with stairs or with an original elevator-telephone), large central pool (slightly heated, allowed pleasant swimming April month) and many individual or shared, rich breakfast and dinner, numerous courteous staff... They upgraded a room with a shared pool, offered a bottle of wine and fruit, distributed Easter chickens-red eggs-lambads in all rooms, thank you! Negative: At dinner I would expect more variety in meat/fish of superior quality (e.g. mush, fillets, etc., baking cuts, hammer, large roasted shrimp...), in local cheeses (e.g. amfilochian graviers), in lavish dishes. Water at dinner for half-feeding customers should be free (4€ per bottle). Small details, which do not lower the rating! The most important is the excessive prices in the summer season (we stayed on Easter and the quality-price ratio was excellent).

AMAZING!
I honestly cannot relate to the negative comments (although note that there aren't many anyways!), this place is AMAZING! We have previously stayed at Ikos hotels and needed something a bit more affordable for a quick getaway and this place certainly has a lot to offer, you just need to do your research to get the best value out of it. For transport to the hotel, we actually opted to book a hire car as it works out cheaper than a taxi/shuttle bus. Would 100% recommend as the hotel offers free parking. Food was delicious! Yes, the buffet food was nothing mindblowing but what do you expect? The a la cart restaurants blew us away, the food was fresh and the service was speedy and attentive. The rooms were spotless, comfy beds and the most gorgeous views of the sea. The sunsets are to DIE for. Overall, a really relaxing stay with a fantastic body of staff. Will most certainly be returning. Some people just don't use their common sense when booking something off grid! Thank you team Elix!

Scam, airport shuttle cost 200€ and back also 200€ for a 60km ride, this is not included, the hotel lies in the middle of nowhere. The advertisements on all different websites all exclude the airport shuttle, and after you booked your trip increases with 400 € ( way too expensive for solo travelers.)
