Tranquil oasis
This tranquil setting in Bella Vista felt like a great escape from the hubbub of Santo Domingo. Gorgeous grounds, spacious pool area with friendly service from Jose Manuel and Reina, sumptuous breakfast with great service from Juan, and huge, well-appointed room with high-end bath products. Gianni and Rafael were helpful front desk staff.

Grand Oasis in the midst of a busy Metropolis.
We stayed for a family wedding and had a wonderful weekend in a grand hotel. The linen and bedding were divine. The service was excellent at each and every encounter the staff went out of it's way to make our stay a delight.

Amazing
The service at cotorra bar was spectacular, specially the professionalism and curtesy by your staff Juan. He went beyond to make sure i had everything i needed and make my stay here a wonderful experience. I look forward to coming back soon .

A must stay.
I had an amazing stay. All of the staff was amazing and friendly. Especially the staff at the outside bar area. Juan, Reina, Richard and Mayen were all friendly and fun. I’d recommend a stay here for anyone! Beds are comfortable and the food is great.
