One of the most luxurious hotels that I have ever stayed at. The front desk personnel were very professional and kind. The housekeeping staff were very kind and professional. Room Service staff were very kind and professional. I can’t wait until I return to the DR so I can stay there again!!

Las Cotorras Bar at El Embajador is The Place to Be!
The Embajador is just a great place to be. From the comfy bedrooms to the staff it is just a great experience. I recommend going for a drink in Las Cotorras Bar, right next to the pool. I know for sure that Juan and Arianny will give an amazing service like they always do make you feel at home!

The check in process is a mess. I’ve stayed at this hotel 5 times in a year and every time I need to provide my information multiple times. One benefit I am supposed to have is early check in. Despite this, I arrived at 2:45 and was told after a long day of travel they would charge me $50 if I wanted to check in before 3. Fine, so I waited in the lounge until after 3:30 when my room was finally ready. Housekeeping not attentive. We had to repeatedly ask for towels and water which should be basic. Love this area but the service especially check in needs to be improved

The best hotel in Santo Domingo with a 5 star service and clean facility. The staff is attentive to the needs of the guests and very kind. They are interested in making sure you have a great experience.
