First time in Santo Domingo
The Hotel was absolutely beautiful but what made this experience over the top for me was the professional people that worked there. They were absolutely incredible in every way possible. The names of the folks I am referring to are Rosa, Nery, Juan, Carlo, Fausto amd Nicole. Beyond helpful amd friendly. They made me feel like family.

Amazing experience
Great customer service. Amazing food, the complex was very clean, smelled very good, the location of the hotel was very convenient and the front desk was very Knowledgeable.

Apr 20, 2025Acceptable hotel in heart of Santo Domingo
The hotel was very clean and located in a safe setting in Santo Domingo. Hotel had nice gardens and pool. Hotel food was tasty although service was slow. Room were fairly clean with large, clean soaking tubs. The drawback for me was noise from people walking on the floors above. I asked for a room change in the middle of the night but was moved down a floor and the new room was noisier and lasted until about 2 AM. The second night the noise ended earlier, about midnight. I believe the hotel has old wooden beams. The beds themselves were clean and comfortable so if noise from people walking doesn’t bother you, then this hotel is for you. Difficult to comment on value as part of a tour.

Apr 04, 2025Heartbreaking and Discriminatory . A
Discriminatory hotel; They denied our stay with a certificate service dog. We booked in advice and informed them about the dog. We arrived , paid our stay, provided all legal information about the dog and after 2 hour of waiting they told us we were not allowed with the dog. They showed a disabled person that they did not care or understand the needs of that person.
