    Great experience, fun activities

    We had the best time in the hotel. Food was great, rooms beautiful and entertainment amazing. Angel, Luana, Luis and Benjamin made the whole experience that much more fun. The activities were fun and they put a lot of attention in the details. Thank you!!

    El mejor lugar para visitar

    Siempre regresamos a este paraíso, nuestro hotel favorito en Quintana Roo. Hemos estado en muchos resort en México pero este es el mejor sin duda, la comida es de una calidad excelente hay mucha variedad para todo, solo hay dos. Buffets y lo demás es a la carta entonces es una buena opción para que no se desperdicie la comida En la animación los chicos son muy divertidos Luana, benjamin en seaside Pool Luis en el bingo y bailando en la piscina Angel en el bingo Abraham María también

    Incredible resort/people, incredible food, incredible views, incredible entertainment/activities!

    Eldorado seaside suites is one of our favorite places to visit. We have such a hard time picking places to travel too so we decided to come back to this resort this year! We couldn’t stop thinking about our time we had with the entertainment staff doing all the fun resort activities! It truly makes this resort special! My husband mentioned today how we would not enjoy coming if it wasn’t for the activities hosted by the incredible entertainment/activities staff! Specifically Luana, Benjamin, Luis, Angel, Maria and Adriana Puga! They were amazing last year and just as amazing this year if not more!! We also now have met Andrea whom works along side Adriana Puga and she is incredible! My husband and I now consider them all true friends! We continue to look forward to coming every year to see them! From pool bingo to volleyball to painting activities, dancing, singing and so many more activities they make them so memorable! They each bring their own unique personality to the resort. From sass to vibrant energy to heart filled friendship to positive vibes and much much more! We cannot wait for the next trip here! Other mentions are Guistavo(greeter/cart driver) Cleofus (outstanding taco stand chef), Martha (beach waitress), Calvn (beach butler), Cumi (bartender), Edith, Leslie, Edwardo, Ivan (Butlers for our room), also an incredible waiter at the beach vegan Kaab restaurant! (Unfortunately we cannot remember his name) Each of these people were so incredibly amazing! I don’t even want to call it customer service because it truly feels more like family! You really begin to feel connected to the people who work at the resort! You are checked on daily and every need is always met! We are beyond grateful for the opportunity to be able to come to Mexico and spend time here with these wonderful people in this beautiful paradise of a resort!

    Good time

    The best resort in Mexico The time at the seaside pool is very good, the party there is amazing. The bartender Janet and Alejandro make the best drinks. La Carreta restaurant (Mexican restaurant) is the best. (Fajitas, mole and pescadillas) The entertainment guys at the pool Luana and Benjamin make the pool party a blast. Luis angel and Maria at the beach with all the activities (Pool volleyball,Trivia)

    The best holiday. Bring on next time 🌴🍹☀️

    This is my second time visiting Eldorado seaside suites and it exceeded expectations. We had the best holiday and cannot wait to book again! The views, pools, beach, food, entertainment, staff and atmosphere is incredible! Instantly we felt at home and had so much fun and laughed so much. We were so pleased to see our favourite staff were still there and truly did make our holiday! Benjamin, Luana, Luis and Angel were the best entertainment staff and made us smile everyday. We had so much fun with these amazing people and made great friendships and memories throughout the holiday. It was amazing to see Abraham too who we met two years ago and made sure we were having a brilliant holiday. I honestly cannot praise these staff members enough! The food was incredible and really did have something for everyone!! The entertainment was superb and the shows really were incredible to watch. The facilities are incredible and there are so many different activities to take part in and pools to choose from. Everything was so clean. We felt so comfortable and at home immediately. We cannot wait to come again and make more memories. I would highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed. Thank you to everyone! Rhian and Alex.
