It was ok swim out is not really great overpriced. Food is average beach is not swimmable unless you go to the other side which is Palms. Not worth the money also you are very far from airport give yourself at least two hours to get there. No shopping anywhere near this place stuck only with gift shops which are extremely overpriced. Taxi it closest shopping will cost you around $100usd. Not worth the stay here.

We booked this place back in April 2024 based on awesome reviews. The closer the trip got, the bad reviews started coming in, we were getting nervous about even going. Turns out, this place is great. The wait staff, bartenders, maids and everyone in between are there to serve you. The liquor was definitely top shelf and all the bartenders knew how to make a mixed drink! Some of the best we have experienced at an all inclusive resort, plus cold beer, a rarity in Mexico. The buffet restaurants were very good; you could always find something to please the palate. The other ala carte restaurants were equally as good, with the exception of the Gourmet Pub, which was a very subpar meal. The Italian was a mix of hit and miss between our group of 8. Seaside pool bar is the place to be during the day if you like people and visiting. Palms side beach is the place for a quiet and relaxing day and being in the calm ocean. However, beach chairs are reserved very early in the AM so if you have a big group that wants to sit together, it can be a struggle. Would definitely return.

Wonderful, beautiful resort and love hanging out with Benjamin and Luana!
Benjamin and Luana were a blast, they were wonderful with entertaining us. With tequila tasting, painting coconuts and bingo. We have had such a great time with all the staff will definitely be booking again and be finding Benjamin and Luana again. Wonderful restaurants and beautiful resort!

Benjamin and Luana were amazing entertaining us, with all the activities that they have, like bingo, coconut painting, tequila tasting, Luis, every is been great the golf cart were amazing, we really love the resort, Mexican and all the restaurants are great.

Love it here!
Benjamin and Luana were amazing at the dance parties and at the coconut painting. I would come back just to hang with them again! They were super nice and friendly! Also, the driver that gave us rides was hilarious and we always enjoyed riding with him! The people make this experience worthwhile.
