    Buen ambiente todo tranquilo

    Habitaciones limpias, buen ambiente me agrado el espacio es muy ampli sábanas almohadas super limpias, las camas, baños todo en orden fácil acceso buena ubicacion, los precios muy accesibles recomiendo mucho el lugar, amabilidad y atención por parte de los empleados fue buens

    El hotel es bello, la comida es muy deliciosa en especial la de los restaurantes temáticos, los chicos deliciosa animación son muy dinámicos y divertidos, Angel , Jose , Luis y María fueron muy amables y muy atentos en la actividad de cantaritos, muy buena actividad Felicidades chicos.

    El Dorado Seaside Palms, Mexico

    This was our 3rd visit. Excellent Hotel. Room large, very comfortable bed, stocked mini fridge, jacuzzi bath, separate shower and double vanity sinks. A balcony with table and 2 chairs. Food amazing in restaurants and buffet, waiting staff were very attentive. Bar staff amazing, always remembered what you were drinking. Grounds and beach well kept by gardeners and beach cleaners. Entertainment staff amazing, always interacting with you and have the ability to get you to join in and have fun. Shout out to Entertainment staff Benjamin, Luis, Maria, Abraham, Angel and Jose. Also Aqua fit with Adriana in Arrecifes Pool was the best. Reception staff always on hand to help, check in and check out went quickly and smoothly, shout out to Jonathan in reception. We will be back next March 2026

    NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH EXOTIC TRAVELERS!

    Being a member of Exotic Travelers for 11 years, I am currently experiencing the trip from Hell. My reservation was book over a year ago on the Exotic Travelers website. At the time I reserved 2 rooms with "Member Benefits" but just prior to arrival I was informed there were no "Member Benefits". I called reservations and spoke with a supervisor who told me "Member Benefits" were not available. Upon arrival, I'm was told that because of the paperwork I have, (They provided), nothing can be changed to accommodate me. Several years ago Exotic Travelers split from their partner Karisma Resorts, and since that breakup service has suffered to the point I don't look forward to going. I certainly cannot recommend anyone becoming Exotic Traveler members. I should add that not having "Member Benefits" doesn't allow me access to Private Butler, special dinners, etc. I have been told the last 3 years that their website would be up and running but I'm still waiting. At an on-site meeting this morning I'm now told it will happen by January 2027.

    Bonito

    Nos la pasamos muy bien, la comida del hotel estuvo bastante bien pero sobretodo nuestro restaurante favorito fue el italiano ya que pudimos hacer nuestra propia pasta y todo delicioso, nos sorprendió encontrar tacos de birria y la cochinita pibil súper rica. Todos los shows que vimos nos gustaron y el show de fuego y mexicano fueron los mejores, ademas las actividades que hicimos con los chicos de entretenimiento María, Carlos y Fernanda fueron muy divertidas y nos llevamos nuestros Cantaritos pintados para nuestra casa muy felices.
