Beautifully landscaped property and ambiance of lighting at night makes this resort feel magical after the sun goes down. Food is fantastic, plenty of options with very attentive service waiters. This resort is active with day/night activities to suit and accommodate all ages. Advertised as a large resort, it definitely has a lot of square footage, however, the layout of the resort is easy to flow through on foot and well layed out. Big shout out to Horacio who works at the gym, he was a pleasure to see during my time at the gym because he made my experience there even more enjoyable! Alfredo was also a delight to see during dinner because he was always ready to ensure our meal experience was memorable and more than satisfying! Loved every minute of this vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dreams Tulum. This resort had many features that other all-inclusive we had been too i.e. coffee shop, no towel cards, unlimited a la carte restaurant visits and no reservations. There was also a wide variety of a la carte restaurants. Entertainment crew were very friendly and fun. Beach was very nice and always kept clean. Sugar Bar was a great meeting spot - bartenders were extremely friendly. Bar service around the pools was excellent. Grounds were always kept well groomed. Entertainment was very good and varied. We would recommend this resort.

A standout highlight of our stay was Ana Luz Lopez, our butler. She was simply amazing! Anna made our experience so much better with her impeccable attention to detail and personalized service. Whether it was arranging last-minute plans or making sure we had everything we needed, she anticipated our every need with a smile. Her warm and welcoming attitude truly made us feel special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of us during our stay.

Nice all inclusive
Very nice all inclusive. Room very nice. Staff excellent in every department. Food was better than expected. However the portions were very small so sometimes I ordered a second entree or appetizer The beach was nice but not deep. Had ocean grass but not in swimming area. Easy to get a seat on beach plenty of available towels enjoyed the French restaurant and whatever I ate at the buffet was very good. Loved the cafe for espresso.

Fantastic Resort with AMAZING Staff!
While this is a great resort the staff makes this a truly special place. From the restaurants, to the bars, to the people cleaning your room everyone working here truly "gets it" when it comes to customer service. While we interacted with some staff several times each day, even the people we only saw once are all too happy to provide truly friendly service. Pro tip: spend a little more for the Preferred Club - you will be glad you did!
