Nov 19, 2024Amazing staff but the resort could have been better kept/maintained
The staff at this resort were amazing and attentive. Paola was the absolute best and kept everybody engaged and ensured we had an excellent time. The room service wait times however were ridiculously long and many members of my party had issues with their room (I.e. leaks and termite infestations.)

Amazing
Erick at the entertainment He is the best ever so awesome. I can’t wait to come back and have him serve me again. The drinks are amazing always top shelf made with care and love. The resort is amazing. I can’t wait to come back! I love it. I love it here. I can’t wait to come back.

The shuttle was not included in the price and it was overpriced for the size and amenities available at the resort. There were several insects found in the room and some restaurants were VIP only. Resort is overpriced for the quality of experience.

Dreams Tulum Anniversary Getaway
My wife & I just got back after spending 7 nights at Dreams Tulum for a late anniversary getaway. A great clean resort with a party pool, quiet pool and nice clear beach. Many a la carte restaurants as well and of course the main buffet hall. The staff throughout the resort made our stay very relaxing & pleasurable! Special BIG thank you to: Edgar, Javier, Rene and Kenya at Portofino. Erick, Maira, Alex etc at the Aqua Entertainment. Alphonso, Guadeloupe, Eduardo amd Yahir at the party pool bar. And our concierge Mayra. We'd definitely come back to Dreams Tulum!
