May 01, 2025Great Resort Overall, Attentive Staff
Overall it’s a beautiful property. We enjoyed our vacation. Wilkin at Grotto bar is the best server during the day, Yesmary is preferred buffet most attentive breakfast service. Our personal concierge Jacaira was very attentive. Swimouy preferred club room was convenient. Food was subpar, not ALOT of variety, expected better, though hibachi was our favorite. Spa was great, no hydrotherapy available if your child is under 14. Being a dreams/family friendly property this was disappointing along with the adult focused entertainment at the pool, not much interaction for teens.

Our family of 4 spent four days at the Dreams Royal Beach. Service was exceptional; food was decent and had a large variety; the grounds and property were beautiful; the pool was gorgeous, and the Preferred section was well worth the extra money. We had a wonderful time!

Très beau séjour en amoureux
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en amoureux à l’Hôtel Dreams Royal Beach. L’établissement est très bien entretenu, avec un magnifique jardin qui invite à la détente. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant et attentif à nos besoins. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et bien aménagée. Le buffet est varié et de très bonne qualité, nous nous sommes régalés chaque jour ! Mention spéciale pour le bar Tides près de la piscine, où les cocktails sont excellents. Seul petit bémol : un peu de bruit dans les couloirs la nuit. Mais cela n’a en rien gâché notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Great all inclusive resort
We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Royal Beach. We stayed in a non-preferred room and felt like we were treated like royalty. The staff is so friendly. Often times we would interact with staff and have several pictures with them at the pool bar, the cabana, Fusion, and other restuarants. The best meal was the surf and turf at Oceana. I do not eat seafood but the steak was delicious and others enjoyed the seafood. We also enjoyed the experience at Fusion. The public bathrooms were very clean and the resort overall was very clean. I would highy recommend this resort. We had a wondeful time!

Beautiful resort, perfect for families!
We absolutely loved our stay at Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana. Our preferred club room was very spacious and modern. We loved the jacuzzi tub on the balcony and couldn't believe there were 2 bathrooms! Perfect for a family of 4. It was a bit of a walk from our area down to the beach, but the boardwalk across the mangrove area was beautiful and shuttle service was frequent if needed. The hotel grounds are gorgeous, lush and very well maintained. The hotel never felt overly crowded despite being fully booked during our stay. The pools and beach are lovely. Our kids loved the water park. The food overall was good, though the buffets could have had more variety. Staff and service were exceptional throughout the resort. Our preferred club concierge Roberto was amazing and helped make our stay perfect. Highly recommend this resort, especially for families.
