Lo más relevante de este hotel es SU MARAVILLOSA GENTE, en verdad que la amabilidad y la atención son incomparables. Cada uno de los empleados se hacen cargo de que tú estancia esté cubierta y atendiendo hasta el más mínimo detalle. Una experiencia inolvidable.

Stay here! You won’t regret it
My wife and I stayed here for a week at the end of March 2025. We were more than impressed and couldn’t think of anything negative to say about our experience. The staff are exceptional, the dining is amazing with plenty of dine in options. We had a room with a plunge pool and it was an excellent way to wind down after spending the morning/afternoon at the main pools/pool bar. We also utilized their spas and had an excellent massage and a truly tranquil and relaxing experience. Overall a fantastic time and we are looking forward to our next vacation which will most likely be spent at another Dreams resort.

Very nice resort, with confortable rooms and a good variety of restaurants - food was ok, nothing special. Staff was great, everyone was very polite and attentive. Dreams has a good structure for business meetings, but I've also seen a couple weddings there.

Fantastic holiday!
An overall fantastic stay, thank you all! Rooms were well appointed, clean and air con excellent. We used the pools every day and my 4 year old adored the kids pool with the slides and tipping buckets etc. We enjoyed the singers in the lobby bar most evenings and saw a few of the shows and the ‘fire show’ was certainly the highlight. We found the food and drinks offering in the resort to be on the whole fantastic!! We loved Oceana for lunch where the prawn cocktail, prawn linguine and prawn tacos were absolutely incredible! The buffet for breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed freshly cooked omelettes every day. Coffee in the coffee shop was excellent. Every single staff member we encountered could not have been more friendly, helpful, welcoming and kind-they are a real asset to your establishment! Carmen in the lobby bar was just amazing in bringing us the most delicious cocktails and Rodrigo and Gilberto in the restaurants were not only fantastic waiters but we loved having a chat with them too! The only point for improvement I can make to an overall incredible stay is to have a few more vegetarian options on the restaurant menus as my husband found he was limited to perhaps one or maybe two options. Muchos gracias and we hope to see you again in the future for a repeat visit!

Vacances catastrophiques ,2 mangroves se déversent dans la mer ,l'eau est marron et nauséabonde, et des crocodiles s'y promènent, il edt donc interdit de s'y baigner. Aller au Mexique et ne pas se baigner c'est une honte car personne ne parle de ce problème et je trouve cela honteux . Dépenser 7000 euros pour 10 jours et ne pas profiter de la mer !!!
