    Unforgettable Family Vacation at Dreams Riviera Cancun – April 2025

    We spent two wonderful weeks at Dreams Riviera Cancun as a family in April 2025, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what really made our stay special were the amazing people who work there. A very special thank you goes to Paolina from the restaurant El Patio. Always greeting us with a warm smile and engaging in lovely conversations, she made every evening feel like a celebration. We found ourselves returning again and again, not just for the delicious food, but because Paolina made us feel so welcome. Alongside her, Vincente brought a lot of joy and laughter to our dinners – always in a great mood and full of fun. You can really tell that both Paolina and Vincente enjoy their work and care deeply about their guests. We also want to sincerely thank Israel from Portofino. His thoughtful, attentive, and never intrusive service truly stood out. He made each visit feel relaxed and enjoyable – a true professional with a kind heart. Cruz from the beach/pool bar was also outstanding. Always friendly and quick to serve, he remembered our preferences (no Tajín!) even days later. It’s this kind of attention to detail that made us feel genuinely cared for. Another aspect we really appreciated was the daily cleaning of the seaweed from the beach. The staff worked hard each morning to keep the beach clean and enjoyable for all guests. It’s not something to take for granted and deserves recognition. All of these details – and especially the amazing people we met – made this vacation truly memorable. You all made our holiday even more enjoyable and made us feel right at home. Thank you so much for everything!

    Overall dissappointing.

    Rooms are great, grounds are well maintained. Beach and pool areas are below average. Half the chairs in the pool area are BROKEN. Food is below average. Bartenders are super. Wait staff pretty good but slow at times. Really expected much better food, especially disappointing was the Mexican dishes. I mean for God's sake we are in Mexico and we have better Mexican restaurants in North Dakota.

    Great customer service/ felt like home

    Jesus, Freddy, Enrique, and Cristian were great! They made me feel like family and the customer service was top tier. They constantly checked in making sure drinks were full and always going above and beyond. Very friendly and kind. The resort was clean

    Excelente Resort.

    Excelente Resort, con cuidado al detalle y muy buena atención en todas las áreas. Una amplia variedad de bares y restaurantes, así como actividades de entretenimiento. La playa muy limpia y con excelente servicio de meseros. Los jardines y áreas públicas están impecables. Es un Resort muy recomendable!

    Muy buena experiencia en este Resort , la gente muy amable y atenta en todo momento, una de nuestras mejores experiencias fue en el restaurante SEASIDE donde el gerente Abraham fue muy amable con nosotros , Ignacio el mesero muy atento en todo momento , la hostess estela siempre nos sentaba en los mejores sitios , y las chefs María y Fabiola , nos proporcionaron todas las mañana los mejores desayunos , todo perfecto
