We have been to several resorts. Dreams Playa Bonita is definitely one of our favorites. Every room has an incredible ocean view. The staff is one of their biggest assets. Make sure to stop by the preferred club pool bar and say hi to Eric. He makes a great mango tango. Gino in the preferred club lounge makes a tasty espresso martini. Take time for a 90 minute massage with Luce. You won’t be disappointed. Our whole experience at the resort is one for the record books. We look forward to our return trip in the future.

Hotel was nice however appeared to be understaffed. Bars closed early and there wasn’t very much entertainment and only one place for breakfast and one for lunch which caused long lines. Hotel would be more catered to couples instead of groups.

A solid 4 stars resort, I will divide in two parts the good and the not so good. Good Staff always willing to assist you, as soon we get in Carlos (bell boy) great services and take care of our bags as soon we cross the door. Carlos (bartender Pool Bar) great vibe and nice drinks. Angel (entertainment) keep you busy with all the activities if you are willing to enjoy, sad that it was his last week at the resort and lastly Ikiler (waiter) he is the best, a lot of attention to detail, I hope he will be your waiter when you visit the resort. Good was good special at dinner time, lunch only one option nothing fancy bad practical Not so good Beach, basically impossible to swim due to the tide, but great for pictures y you want to swim walk to the left side and you can a small area that maybe workout..

The hotel needs to be renovated. The room smell like mildew. The food is horrible. The bar the bartenders at the boat at two bars that are available or pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to get your drink. The Bellman are very kind as well.

Great Experience
The staff is very nice and attentive. Several learned my name the first day. Food was excellent. Room was always clean and the fridge well stocked. Pool bar was the greatest, Carlos went that extra step to be sure everyone had something to drink.
