This resort is a stretch for a 1. The things wrong were many, best if list them. 1. Our group was preferred and there is special check in, which the front dest did not understand. Once on the second floor we did have a special bar and snacks. At approximately 3:30 a few egg rolls, one chicken finger, terrible deserts and fruit. 2. Safe in the room did not work but got it correct. 3. Room very out dated and which is true of the entire resort. 4. The phone systems need serious updating. No one answers the phone. 5. Oceania restaurant you will receive 3-6 chips to have with the ceviche. The tossed salad will either have 2 pieces of tomato or 2 slices of cucumber, but not both. The entrees were below average. 6. Portofino Restaurant we were the 3rd table sat. There were 5 entrees offered, immediately 2 choices (lasagne and chicken parmigiana disappeared. I picked the bolognese…. tasted like it was fresh from a can. 7. Power outage periodically. 8. During a special event our hors d’oeuvres were a shock. Terrible not Dreams quality. Melba toast cracker topped with potato salad and salmon Matzah toast with a canned peach drizzled with honey Flour tortilla with cheese and ham rolled. 9. I never had a hair dryer in my room. I always travel with my hair dryer which has universal electrical connection. When I was getting ready to use it, it was gone! I was the recipient of a new hair dryer for the room. It was still wrapped in plastic. I called the front desk and no call back. They said they were looking into and would call in 10 minutes, they did not. I called again and they said they were working with house keeping. Later Rosa appeared at my room with my hair dryer. 10. On Friday night approximately at 7:20PM I called room service to order the chocolate cake and cheesecake deserts. The only deserted available was a fruit platter. I could not understand no deserts during prime dinner hours. This resort is not worth the money at all and was very disappointed.

The staff was AMAZING and the resort was beautiful. The food was a little repetitious but good for the most part. I was looking for more entertainment or social gatherings. Some of the amenities need updating but overall we enjoyed!!!!!!!!

Bar staff was excellent during the day. Rooms were clean and friendly staff. Beach was okay, not the best. Food was okay as well. Has room for improvement in the food department as well as service. First time at a non-adult resort, it was not bad of an experience.

Friendly, service oriented staff and good room service options Beautiful oceans views Foodborne illness - many in our group and others at the resort suffered from GI distress type symptoms Best food we had was omelets for breakfast and at the Westin next door ($$$)

Overall wonderful
Incredible service from the staff all around. the resort was very clean and well maintained! We really enjoyed the service from both Juan Pablo and Ikiler. Great kids..Friendly, hard workers and always had a smile on their faces. Zancheliano the bartender was amazing. These three really made our trip memorable if a very good way. Only recommendation is that it was very had to get change to give tips to the staff. Every time I needed change for a $20 from the ATM, the person at the desk didn’t have the change bag and asked me to back! Grear service overall - Thank you!
