The resort is well staffed, and the staff is friendly and works to deliver good service. The variety of pools made it easy to have hours of fun every day in the water. The beach seemed average like a lot of Caribbean beaches - there’s a reef offshore that breaks up the waves, you get out in the water, but you can’t do that much. my junior suite included a large bathroom with a rainfall shower room that I enjoyed. There were many separate controls for lighting in the bed and sitting area so I could have as much rest a little light as I wanted where I wanted it. I learned by experience that if you go to the beach, you get sand on you, and even if you shower, that sand will end up in your bed. So take extra care to get sand off before you go to bed! Food quality in the specialty Restaurants was good, The main Carnival restaurant was a combination of buffet and cook to order food that was good, but not special. The room service menu was limited. Bartender service in the pool area was excellent and drinks were strong and plentiful. Some of the staff have some English, but I’d call it a requirement to learn Spanish words, for the beach, the pool, and restaurant. I said “Donde esta the beach“ to a few people, and they didn’t understand until I said “Playa“.

Had a great time there. Clean rooms and other shared facilities. The beach around this time of year had no seaweeds so that was very nice. Entertainments were quite enjoyable. Really loved their taco truck by the pool! Also, Edwin from the beach bar was one of the best servers. Very funny and keen to details. Hubby and I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful place & great employees
Hector was a very nice gentleman & ready to help in any way. My wife had a disability from a stroke & he did anything we asked to help with that situation. Thanks for setting up our day at the Bali bed at beach. Appreciated the cleaning crew & waiters with delicious drinks. Very clean facility & friendly.

Excellent Customer Service!! They went Above and Beyond for our Group! Gorgeous Atmosphere and Clean Environment. Numerous pools and even water slides. We were Impressed! Great Day and Evening Activities and Relaxing at the same time. We will be back!

The most beautiful place!
I just got back from my 3rd trip at this resort and I highly recommend this resort. It has everything to offer! Beautiful beach, several pools, amazing staff, and overall such a clean and well managed resort. For the past 2 years my family and I have stayed in the private pool rooms and I couldn't recommend those enough. They are beautiful. Our butler for the past 2 years has been Zorro and he has been nothing but amazing. He makes sure we have everything we need and really makes the vacation relaxing as he is there to help with anything. He was great at communicating and always checked in on us! We spent most of our days by our private pools or the preferred adults only pool where the most amazing staff took care of us. Nelis, Islmael, and Jensy are always coming around with a smile on their face and they work so hard to make sure you're enjoying your vacation. They are always walking around making sure you have what you need and add so much happiness to this resort! If you're an adult second guessing this resort because it's a family resort with kids, don't let that stop you! There's so much to offer for adults and so many adult only amenities including Breathless which has a great night life! My family rented a pool island and beach cabana and they were both great! On the beach cabana you have a private waiter who brings you drinks all day and same with the pool island, as well as food there! I highly recommend going preferred as you accesses to everything and a great bonus is the option to eat breakfast inside where it is much cooler! This resort is beautiful and the staff there make it even better! I can't wait to start planning our next trip here!
