Entertainment staff is wonderful, Alex and Miguel are great!! The margarita making class and tasting was sensational!! All the margaritas were fantastic!! The beach is beautiful. Lots of pools. Many restaurants to choose from. Great time!

We had an incredible dining experience at Bordeaux, and Eduardo truly made it unforgettable! His warm, genuine personality and attentive service added so much joy to our evening. Eduardo’s conversation and thoughtful recommendations made my mother and me feel so welcomed and cared for. The food was absolutely amazing, but it was Eduardo’s outstanding hospitality that truly elevated our night. Thank you for making our dinner so special!

A perfect family getaway in Mexico
Our family loves this resort! It’s clean, well-located, and perfect for kids. The water slides and lazy river kept them entertained for hours, and the service was fantastic. We’ve stayed at other resorts in Mexico, but the food here is by far the best—fresh, flavorful, and with great variety. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Kids Club Experience!
We had such a wonderful experience at the Kids Club! The staff was warm and welcoming, and my daughter had an absolute blast with all the fun activities. A special thank you to Samantha, who was so sweet and attentive. She made my daughter feel right at home. The facility was clean, well-organized, and had a great mix of creative and interactive play options. It was such a relief knowing she was in great hands while we enjoyed some relaxation time. Highly recommend for any family looking for a safe and fun place for their little ones!

Amazing family vacation - 10/10 would recommend!
Our first trip to Dreams Natura did not disappoint. After reading so many positive reviews, my expectations were pretty high but they were exceeded in almost every instance. Check in was smooth, our room was great (jr suite ocean view) for our family of four (kids age 8&4). The food was incredible. Buffets were just fine (a solid B+) but the al a carte restaurants were so good. I loved not having to worry about reservations and we never waited more than 20 mins at our preferred spots. This hotel has everything you’d want for a family vacation. Our kids loved the lazy river, waterslides and the pools were great (and warm!). We even convinced them to go to the Kids Club one afternoon so mom and dad could head to the spa for a few hours and while they weren’t too jazzed to be going, they had a great time! The beach was better than I expected based on what I read in reviews before coming. It’s not a huge beach but enough to be able to play in the water and sand. The sand was so soft; easy to walk along and walk into the water. The one challenge was getting chairs at the pool. There is limited seats and you need to be up BEFORE 7 am to get a decent spot. I didn’t see a lot of chairs left unattended, I just think there were not enough chairs. The spa… was a DELIGHT! Don’t miss the chance to relax in a cenote style zen space on your beach vacation. The hydrotherapy experience was really cool and added to the overall experience. Evenings were really lively on the resort - more than I expected based on the reviews I read before coming. The lobby bar was always bumpin’ with musicians. The sound carried pretty loudly, although it didn’t bother us (or our kids sleep!). The fireworks on Friday Saturday night were a really nice touch. We attended a few of the shows while we were there and found them to be pretty good (except for the Magician show). They were 45 mins; perfect length for the kids. The staff were fantastic throughout the week we stayed - so helpful, friendly and professional. I can’t say enough great things about this resort, especially for families. We will 100% be coming back!
