    Stay away! Time share resort!

    I am currently staying at this resort. I was going to wait until I got home to leave this however I need to make sure anyone who is even remotely interested in this property, to warn them to NOT stay here! I have been to numerous resorts and this was my first ever Dreams or any under the Hyatt umbrella and it has been the worst! This is a time share resort. We all know about the trap on your way out of the Cancun airport but did you know that you will not be allowed on your transportation to the resort until you tell a resort member no numerous times about a “great opportunity during a VIP breakfast”. The VIP breakfast is the buffet. Then you are not allowed to check into your room before having to tell another resort member no numerous times to a “Amazing opportunity”! We were Literally being held hostage! How has NO ONE mentioned this in ANY review??! They literally bus people in to this resort to sign up for their time share. If I had seen ANYTHING like this I would have ran so fast in the other direction. Seems to be a lot of these reviewers are either paid or not real!! I am not a foodie however the food here is awful!! I was so excited to try the Hibachi grill which is supposed to be the best thing here…oh but nope. Not one available reservation for the entire week!!! The entire week!! Absolutely ridiculous! And how in Mexico are tacos not offered at every buffet?! The only time they have good tacos or tacos at all at the buffet is when they have their VIP breakfast for their time share. Then the concierge doesn’t care at all!! He was rude and condescending!! Especially if you’re not one of their time share members or having the preferred club. Which I should mention will cost as much as your total trip if you want to upgrade after you’ve booked. And if you don’t have the preferred club or are not one of their time share members you are treated like absolute garbage!! Like literal trash!! The chairs as I’m sure you’ve read are nonexistent! I was actually able to get one today however my son had to reserve it at 1:30am the night before. Oh but wait if you join their club they will reserve the chairs for you. Don’t even try getting a drink at the pool bar! They ignore damn near everyone. I’m sure not the members though and their kids. Another thing they are not clear as to what falls under their membership and what you can and cannot use or eat at if you’re not in their club. I am literally a single mom who saved for over a year to go on this trip and brought her son here for his first ever all inclusive. Got the swim out room and all…such a shame that I have cried on more than one occasion. This was supposed to be a relaxed vacation and it’s ended up being the worst Mexican vacation I have EVER been on!!!!!!!

    Great Family Resort

    Beautiful resort. Not too big. Great children’s pools and activity. Staff is friendly and attentive, especially Samantha who was great with our daughter. The downsides for us would be the food was hit or miss. The buffet was cold most of the time (breakfast sausage cold right at 7am when they opened). Room service was cold upon delivery. We had a few good dinners at the restaurants. Could not get into the hibachi all week we were there. They had no openings even when we tried to book right when we arrived. The other thing that could use improvement would be cleanliness of public spaces (bathrooms, elevators, hallways).

    Excellent !!

    I came into Dreams natura with allergies and I went to the buffet at World Cafe almost every single day for breakfast, and I was very fortunate to have met the best chief in all of the places in Mexico i’ve been Anġel is extremely friendly and super easy to talk to it’s got to be the most enjoyable food and service i’ve ever had it sucks to leave but i will be back!!

    Excellent vacation for families!!

    Absolute best entertainment and service, especially Miguel! Was so wonderful with our kids during football and water aerobics!!! He had so much energy and was so fun! He handled so many fun activities and our group had such a blast! Definitely would recommend!!

    Fun

    It was the best trip I have ever had. The tour was fun swimming playing. All the games was a great time going in all the pools the lazy rivers, the climbing wall the restaurants were very good. I also really like the employees here they had great service. Alex Jonathan
