    He was amazing…..I can’t say how much he made us smile…

    Every body was amazing… Miguel was great with all his dancing and jokes. It was a rainy day and he made us laugh and smile. …. Miguel was super sexy with all his dancing… even sitting in the lobby we had a great time…I can’t say enough about him…..

    Fun week!

    Staff was very friendly, happy to help entertain the kids on a rain day. Miguel was a Zumba master! Service was quick. Polls need music at them more offen. Kids loved the slides and explore club. Fun week for the family. Food was good at all the restaurants

    The best!

    Entertainment is amazing!! 10/10! food and service is impeccable! I would recommend this resort to everyone! Miguel and the entertainment staff are amazing and full of energy and bring the life of the party! I almost won the bingo, was two numbers away! Great time had by the whole wedding family and friends!

    Review of waiter on our vacation.

    Santiago Montejo was a waiter at the restaurant we went to everyday, 2-3 times a day. He was amazing, so personable. The first day hit was someone in our party’s birthday. He went out of his way to make it special. And even when he wasn’t our waiter, if he saw us, he came and talked to us. He was absolutely amazingly wonderful person. Made our vacation even better. Thank you Santiago.

    Great hotel for families

    This is a beautiful hotel with a great entertainment team (Miguel is amazing), food is delicious and service is superb. Great for families and couples as well. It has plenty of activities for both old and young. Rooms are a nice and well equipped with drinks and toiletries. Definitely recommended.
