Eh - not bad but not great
Overall, experience is on par with what you'd expect for the price point. I was here for work and it was fine but I was not blown away by any means. I've been to many all-inclusives in the Cancun/Riviera Maya area and this property is just dated and dingy. Pros: linens, bathrooms, etc are clean and acceptable, food was above average for an all inclusive, dining facilities were clean and food looked good. Cons: Exterior windows are dirty in conference rooms, furniture needs to be replaced. The end table in my room was banged up, the white sofa was "dingy." Service and maintenance was on par with a 2 or 3 star hotel at the price point. Housekeeping missed my room twice (confirmed my DND light was off), there was a ton of trash on the floor in the hallway one morning, roomservice took 45minutes to 1 hour for a simple quesadilla, the slides and zipline had VERY limited hours that seemed unclear

Great resort
We had an amazing time at dreams natura! We loved Jonathan and Manuel Ku at the World Cafe! They were so welcoming and gave the best service ever! The resort itself is beautiful and everything is very close to each other! We also asked for a room change due to being in a loud area and they did it no problem! Such great service!

Amazing Service
Gabriel Ocaña and Miriam Fae were our servers at the buffet and wow! The service was amazing and I can’t say enough great things about it! Also had Rodrigo at the Blue Water Grill and then again at Oceana and he made it an incredible experience. If get lucky enough to have them take care of you you’ll understand what I’m talking about!

Dreams Natura
Very good I liked the zip line and the water slides but the double tube gets flat, the employees are very nice too............................................................................................................

Great resort overall, but a few important critiques
Overall our stay at Natura was really good. I loved the medium size of the resort, although my husband thought it was a bit on the small side and would've preferred more pool and dining options. We were there for a family vacation with our two girls, ages 9 and 6. We did have a couple cooler days, but the resort kept the pools at a really nice temperature, so we were still able to be in the water most of the day, which was great. The beach was way better than expected, the sand was really soft, and they did a good job clearing the seaweed away each morning. The waterslides were fun, but midway through our stay, the double tubes for the slide and lazy river suddenly disappeared, and no one could tell me why, or help me get one to ride the slide with my 6 year old. They said to try the next day, and the following day there were only 2 double tubes circulating, which meant you had to line up to try to snag one. This was disappointing for the kiddos, as they didn't feel comfortable riding in the single tubes alone. With regards to pool chairs, I did find I had to head down quite early to get a good spot. And the resort says it doesn't allow chair reservation, but I never saw that policy enforced during our stay. Food was fine, consistently good, but nothing super special. The breakfasts at Blue Water where really good, and there was never any wait time. Dinners were a bit trickier, as they don't take reservations. This means that one evening, there was over an hour wait for dinner, so we ended up having to go to the buffet, which was fine, but not our preference. Subsequent days we made a point to show up closer to the restaurant opening time, which meant leaving the pool/beach sooner than we would have liked, but was necessary to avoid long waits for a table. I wish they would just let you book reservations instead so you could plan your day accordingly. There is a 24-hour ice cream bar advertised, but I have to say, they didn't have ice cream as often as they did. It was a 50-50 toss up as to whether you could get it at any given time. Ice cream is by no means a necessary food, but I would say, just don't tell your kids about it until you make sure some is available. The soft serve machine had only chocolate for the first half of our stay, and both soft serve machines were out of service for the second half. Our room was beautiful and always really well cleaned. We had a suite with two washrooms, which was really nice. My one major complaint would be that the mattress was really, really firm. Not a comfy bed like you might expect at a resort. I don't mind a firmer mattress, but I still found it to be too hard. We ended up requesting a cot for my husband because he found our daughter's cot to be more comfortable than our mattress. If you are sensitive to mattress firmness, I would say this is enough of a factor to consider a different hotel, as our sleep was quite disrupted. Staff was really great, we had no compaints about the service here at all. Everyone was pleasant and friendly, and Omar, who was serving our drinks and food poolside was amazing. Overall, we really enjoyed our week, but I would have to say that the above concerns would likely have me considering a different resort next time. With a few tweaks to the way the dinners run, and the beds, this would have been a perfect week. If you don't mind a more lax meal schedule, and firm beds, I would say this is an amazing choice for a week away.
