The resort is beautiful with stunning views to the ocean. The all inclusive meals and drinks were delicious. The staff were great and friendly except for one individual in the bar right next to the fireplace. While deciding on what drink to order, the male bartender decided to poke fun of my wife while holding his breath as if to count down how long it would take for her to make a decision. He was attempting to be funny and make the patrons laugh not understanding that his humor was not appreciated and actually humiliating to my wife. He actually looked like he may have been intoxicated based off his sarcastic humor . We decided not to order anymore and walked away while he laughed at us. Truly disappointed at his service and may never go back to Dreams because of this experience.

Had a wonderful time at the resort. The hospitality is fantastic, the help is top notch and the facility and property is gorgeous. I would highly recommend. Freddy & Manny took great care of us in the Cabana’s, Javier in VIP services was great and Nirvana the activities director is fantastic.

Great option for an all inclusive vacation
Was an amazing trip, staff were fantastic and food was great. The activities and entertainment team are very personable as well! We had a sizeable group of 17 people and they were very accommodating with everything we needed. Already planning our next stay!

Great Resort
My family just got back from the Dreams Los Cabos and had a great experience. The hotel amenities were great and there were a lot of memorable staff we interacted with who made it a very easy, fun vacation. Javier in VIP services set us up with some great tips right when we arrived. We booked a cabana on the beach with him and the cabanas are the nicest we had ever seen at a resort, two stories on the beach with personal pools, bathrooms and a tv for us to watch playoff football was really great. Freddy and Manny took such great care of us so we booked the cabana a second day. We would have never left the cabana but the entertainment team was so good at the main pool we did make sure we got to see what kind of show they were putting on. Nirvana and that team we're the best we've seen at any resort, shout out to the pirate show and the acrobats at night on the beach. We had dinner a few times at the steak restaurant near the pool, food was very good and Jesus was on top of things and did a great job. We saw a lot of comments before we went about the pool being cold which we were worried about because all we usually do on vacation is hang at the pool, but that was not an issue at all, pool was great as well.

Stayed in preferred club, junior suite, ocean view PROS - beautiful pools. Clean, warm heated, big. - Beautiful grounds. Well kept, flowers, beautiful views - Food was amazing. Better than expected. Room service, coffee shop and all the restaurants we had great food. - Even though room was showing age, the views were stunning (we stayed preferred club, ocean view room) - The beach is beautiful and well kept. You can’t swim but it’s gorgeous. - The beach area is well kept and has service - Some staff really stand out and make the experience extra specials (Adan - bartender in the lobby, Nico - entertainment staff, Luis - pool waiter, Cristo - pool attendant), Othon (entertainment staff), Manuel (entertainment staff), Elsa (pool waiter) - All around a great family resort - There is an adults only pool, there’s no action or entertainment but nice to have a quiet option CONS - property is old and showing its age (we had broken elevator, some pool chairs broken) - Service is slow. Swim up bar service was brutal. Seaside Grill service was non existent. I will say the staff work hard they just seemed understaffed - preferred club is not worth it. I’ve stayed at many Secrets, Dreams and some are worth it and some aren’t. This one the only bonus you get is separate check in/check out, a preferred lounge in the lobby and a preferred area on the beach. Other than that there is no difference - No upgraded liquor (except preferred lounge)
