    Want to thank Luis and Emiliano for being patient with us and getting us into our ocean front room. We appreciate everything you did for us. It's our anniversary and probably our 10th visit. Love it here! The resort and staff never disappoint.

    Great escape

    Rooms are good size, food way better than expected. Try the mexican food variety at the buffet, birria, pozole all are done to the perfection (im mexican so i know) Drinks are very good, tried mojitos and are very good. Customer service is very good Room service is hit and miss, orders were missed decaf vs regular. Executive chef is great, thank you Abraham Great location

    Dreams Los cabaos

    The bed was comfortable. They didn’t have the pillow menu when we went but the pillows they had were great. Staff is really great and the buffet was the best I’ve had at an all inclusive. The preferred service was ok. It came with the room. Overall great experience.

    Pool side fun

    Manuel and Pamela with the E team at the dreams resort killed it everyday with all the fun activities. Mercedes by the pool was very attentive and kind with all our orders. Thank you all for the fun and amazing hospitality. Sincerely, The Alaska Keller team

    Fun pool bar

    We were here for a work junket for my dad. Hotel needs some updating, but Mercedes at the main pool bar was great! Super attentive, great follow-up, and excellent service! Went out of his way to ensure my dad and I had a nice time and were always “hydrated”. :-)
