Dreams was an amazing trip for us + 7 y.o. daughter. The pool, kids cub, views, and staff were amazing. The rooms were spacious, and the room service was so attentive. One thing they could do better was stay on top of the towels, but we did appreciate the 30 min rule for regulating the chairs so you can get one. They're staff were great; special people were Jorge & Dulche as the best!

Ruffo Freddy mercedes
I come to vacation Cabo saint lucas and I love the resort and drinks I love the virgain margaritas and the Chaco dogs ruffo and Freddy are the best servers and I love Cabo and I promise I’ll come back and I recommend the stuff for the best things this is my best vacation

Great bars. Nice resort
Ernesto was the best bartender ever. The food at Bordeaux was amazing especially the shrimp pasta. There were fun games but they are very kid based. The rooms are nice but hard to get into shower. We loved getting to see the whales every morning🐳

Perfect Birthday Vacation
The entire stay was AMAZING! We celebrated by birthday and the staff here made me feel super special and welcome. We ended up staying 2 more nights than planned. Nico from the entertainment team was super engaging and friendly. Ozi and Antonio made check in and the extra 2 night easy and special. Rufo from the bar hooked us up with special drinks the whole time. Definitely a place we would go back.

Drinks were weak. At times, service was slow at restaurants. We purchased two items at the gift shop and paid cash but when we went to check out of the hotel a few days later, they said we charged those items to our room. When we confronted the cashier about showing us the security footage, she said it would take too long to find it. Needless to say we had to leave to get to the airport and they charged us for the items even though we paid cash. Crooks!! There was another couple in front of us checking out that had the same issue. If you pay for something with cash, DON'T sign any receipts and make sure you ask for the receipt showing you paid cash!! We will NEVER be back.
