Feb 20, 2025Unexpected!! - Amazingly Clean- Great Location-Great Service
Fantastic and Unexpected massively positive experience. Extremely well located hotel between Rubicon Marina and Playa Blanca.town. We were B&B and there are loads of restaurants/ bars/ cafe and shops nearby. This suited us but the All inclusive looked good. All staff extremely helpful and friendly and could not do more for you - Amazing customer service - all aspects - catering/ bars / reception. We were preferred club and this suited as family with older teenage children. I recommend preferred club as you get quieter And actually better pool areas. Lounge was useful but could be so much better - preferred lounge room looked a bit sad. Other hotels we visit have a preferred or premium offering with better appointed lounge, premium food and some wine or alcohol for limited period of time - this would have been good for us (and something for management to look into doing? } but preferred lounge nevertheless useful. I am a clean freak and the hotel was immaculately clean everywhere. Unbelievably clean. Bars had very good fast friendly service - and also wonderfully clean - huge shout out to Bruno and team in main bar and also to Felix and others in Sea legs bar. very pleased with exceptional professional service Entertainment well received but could be even better sometimes.- however please Get the recent band to play Carlos Santana covers and local music all night - we would be happy with more local music !! Also thanks for the room upgrade and for the hotel sending champagne and chocs for husbands 65th birthday. We are first timers at this hotel and will definitely be back. 5 out of 5 score well deserved! But please look at lounge/ preferred club offer and then hotel would be 6 out of 5

Great hotel and staff
A fabulous holiday destination. We felt pampered from the start; all staff did their best to make our holiday memorable. We've been lucky to stay at some of the world's best hotels, costing £1,000 a night plus. This hotel is 5* - well done all!

Brilliant break!
Beautifully located hotel, exceptional staff & attention to detail, spotless. Staff so helpful & Premium club a great bonus. Housekeeping service was excellent. Great variety of pools - from adults only to activity - there is something for everyone. Will be back with my family for sure!

Fabulous
Fabulous Hotel, very clean and well presented, Cava on arrival and a quick easy smooth check in , rooms were spacious and a good size balcony with comfortable chairs.Food although there was a lot of fish dishes there is something for everyone including a children’s section, well presented also and waiter service for drinks . Entertainment in a night was not always to my taste but most people enjoyed it , pool area again immaculate and never struggled for a sun bed as there are plenty, great location, over a fantastic hotel , we had a wonderful time and we will be back .

Lovely large, clean hotel set on the sea front close to the smart marina and a flat easy walk into town and port area. A welcome drink and cold towel on arrival was very nice. Pool areas are excellent, clean, spacious, always plenty sunbeds available, main pool, kids pools, plus two pools for those who pay extra for priviledge club. I wanted a sea view room so paid for the PrivilegeClub, the room was not 5*, I have been in better 4* hotel rooms, but very comfy bed, spotlessly clean, modern walk in shower but the toilet was in a weird separate room which had no sink to wash hands. Walls thin - could hear guests next door and their TVs. Our room was tucked in a corner - could see the sea and pools, bit of morning sun but in shadow and cold most of day which was disappointing. We were on a bed and breakfast basis. Breakfasts were very good, but the privilege breakfast room was quite chaotic as not enough staff, eg: queuing to be seated when many tables were clearly available was annoying to lots of people. Evening entertainment was some of the best I’ve seen in the Canaries - in my opinion of course. There was a small lounge for the P Club guests with snacks available throughout the day, guests tidied their own plates away to the trolley, but the tables were not cleaned and food bits were left on the floor. The food area needed tidying more often, I did not see any hand gel either. More staff visits required to maintain hygiene. All the staff were friendly and very helpful, certainly an asset to the hotel. We enjoyed our holiday at Dreams.
