Lovely hotel with excellent staff. We had a preferred club room which I would highly recommend. Heated outdoor pools are perfect at this time of the year. Good choice of A la carte restaurants. Ideal location between Playa Blanca and the Rubicon Marina.

Superb service again
Fantastic hotel, great location. Staff are excellent and rooms perfect. Super clean around the hotel, pool, bars & restaurants. Atmosphere is really relaxed without being stuffy. Plenty of space around the pools. Preferred Club is excellent. 100% we will be back.

A Tranquil Stay
My family and I were in need of some winter sunshine, and Dreams Dorada was the perfect place for it. The staff were incredible throughout our stay in every department and attentive to the little details. The hotel itself is very beautiful and accommodating to all ages. The location could not be better, as we were only a short walk from Playa Blanca, the beach and Marina Rubicon. We loved our time here and would definitely go back.

5 star. Absolutely love this hotel.
Had such a wonderful stay here with my wife recently. We were looking for a late winter get away and this came up so we took the chance. It was so much more than expected and the hotel, staff, welcome, facilities and location all made for such an amazing holiday. We will be going back here for sure, without a showdown of a doubt.

Jan 18, 2025Excellent location, disappointing resort.
We stayed all inclusive preferred club for five nights in January 2025 for a birthday celebration. Location of the hotel is great, and the preferred club infinity pool has excellent views and so would definitely recommend staying preferred club. However, unfortunately there is a real issue with the food at this hotel as two members of our party had diarrhoea during the third day of our stay. We were very carful what we ate and only ate from the World Cafe and the Italian restaurant once. After assessing the food, we weren’t surprised as a lot of the hot food wasn’t very warm from the buffet, and at breakfast the eggs and omelettes weren’t cooked properly. We also had dietary requirements for our stay which the hotel did eventually act on, but it wasn’t until the evening in day two that they started to act on this, after repeatedly informing them upon arrival. We found the process for the hotel to act on dietary requirements unnecessarily complicated and at times very frustrating. Although, the hotel did provide us with some very delicious diary free deserts in the end, which was highly appreciated and we thanked the kitchen staff for this. As preferred we had one hour free access to the SPA, and then you would have to pay 15 EUR for entry there after. We found the SPA very basic and disappointing, and would definitely not pay 15 EUR for further entry. Some of evening entertainment was good, however some evenings it was very poor and felt cheap and so we just walked out and went back to our room. Overall, I would definitely return to Playa Blanca but probably would stay at another resort as found the hotel very average and definitely wouldn’t rate this hotel 5*.
