Amazing hotel!
Amazing hotel! Very beautiful and you feel like you are home. No wristbands, no much control. I recommend booking proffered club, best option given when booking directly with a hotel In advance. More suitable for adults as they do not have entertainment team for kids.

Stunning, beautiful, clean! Would recommend, but have added some tips you don’t always know when booking!
The breakfast is incredible, the best we have ever had in an hotel. If you are looking to upgrade to club preferred, please be mindful that it only starts at 1:30pm where as other hotels start at 10am so we were disappointed, plus only cakes, sweets and nuts were available until 4:30 when you could get beautiful sandwiches, but long time to wait after breakfast! Rooms were stunning! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The entertainment was very boring, it’s alright if you like violins and saxophone music. Pool was great but had to be down early to get a sunbed as they would go very quickly! And of course they say they remove towels after an hour if you are not there but that never happened and as normal people took advantage of this but then again people do that at most hotels! Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend, but be mindful there is a lot of steps, but if you work out the hotel carefully you can use lifts to get to the different levels. There was also no smoking/vaping at the pool area either, which I know a lot of people didn’t like!

Amazing as always
This was my 3rd time staying at this lovely hotel. I was here in June 2024 and had seen recent reviews and was worried it wasn’t going to be the same. I didn’t have to worry, it was just as great as it has been. I went with my sister as I wanted her to experience this lovely place to which she said it was the nicest hotel she had stayed in, and you couldn’t want for anything. They cater well for food allergies and have a variety of milks at breakfast including lacto free which ive never seen in a hotel before, also Alpro yogurts! No gluten free breads or cereal's unfortunately but lots to choose from otherwise. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We extended our room time on our last day which was €10 per hour and I thought was very reasonable. We asked for fresh towels in our room and they were there within half an hour. We had a lovely bottle of cava and a welcome card and also a room upgrade for it being my 3rd stay here. I have stayed on floor 7, 5 & 4 and found the shower pressure to be better on the lower floor. Lots of plugs around the room which is always helpful. Their shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower are lovely so no need to bring those with you if you don’t need to. Also they have in toothbrushes and small toothpaste in the bathroom for each person, Robes & slippers in the wardrobe. Aircon is easy to use, the beds are very comfortable. Water available in reception with a bowl of apples. Welcome drink when you check in, someone will help you with your bags to your room, great location lots of lovely restaurants, bars & shops around. A small convenience store across the road from the front of the hotel. The building itself looks like it could be in Santorini. Their app it great and so helpful with what’s available at what times I highly suggest you download that to make the most out of what’s available, I didn’t the first time and there was a lot I missed out on especially if your all inclusive. Theres a fridge in barefoot grill full of different branded ice creams and also one in the afternoon with a staff member with all difference kinds of flavours to have in a cup with a spoon. At some point in the day someone comes around the pool area handing out fruit kebabs on a platter which was a lovely touch. Towels available off the pool man for your sunbeds. Me & my sister would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat and are already looking at going back

Fantastic hotel, fantastic location and fantastic staff
We have fallen in love with Dreams Jardin Tropical. We stayed in an ocean view junior suite and we would recommend, as many below have, opting for the “preferred club” rooms where possible. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are lovely and spacious. Housekeeping were very attentive and our room was always in an immaculate condition when we returned with towels replenished when required. Breakfasts are such a treat, with a large offering of items all freshly prepared and delicious. The main breakfast area is actually much bigger than we initially thought! The staff are helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We were very touched on our first day to have been left a complimentary bottle of fizz and on our second, a lovely birthday card and sweet treats as we were here to celebrate a birthday. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking down to the front and, handily, there is a small supermarket just across from the resort - great for drinks, ice cream and SPF. On one of the nights, my partner was feeling unwell so we ordered room service for dinner which was not only delicious, but also very reasonably priced. There is a towel-on-sunbed-at-dawn culture however there are more than enough sunbeds for all guests. The majority of guests are chatty and friendly - many have stayed at DJT numerous times and have lots of tips and advice for local restaurants and bars. If you are unsure about booking, a gentleman named Rog has a YouTube channel called RogVlog and his review of Dreams Jardin Tropical cinched it for us! We are sad to be leaving and are already planning to return later on the year. Thank you, Dreams Jardin Tropical, for an unforgettable stay!
