    I just love the ambience

    It was a nice peaceful resort.The weather was beautiful. The staff was amazing.The food was good.I would definitely go again. I would have like to see more entertainment and more music played by the actual country to represent where I'm visiting.

    Première expérience au Mexique réussie

    Très bon accueil, personnel toujours à l'écoute. Les différents restaurants ont pu être testé sans soucis, surtout le Spice avec sa démonstration culinaire. Accueil chaleureux de Victor et Nora. La nourriture était très bonne. Belle découverte !

    Atención exquisita

    El personal magnífico, encantador y atento. En especial, Fabiola, del restaurante italiano, Yessica (del restaurante francés) y Alfredo (en la piscina). La comida fantástica. Lastima de la playa, que está llena de rocas y no es posible meterse en el agua sin escarpines sin hacerse daño.

    WOW, belle expérience à retourner

    Pour souligner l'excellent service de toute l'équipe. Notre concierge Maria José a rendu notre séjour fort agréable, son professionnaliste et sa grande disponibilité nous on permis de vivre une belle expérience. Un grand merci aussi à Michelle au Preferred Club et ses collègues. Nous voulons souligner le service de Uane Verdez au Mercure, la bonne humeur de Jonathan au buffet et ses petites attentions, l'accueil et la bonne bouffe au Capers, le bon travail de Alfredo à la piscine, sans oublier Claudia notre femme de chambre. Bref un Resort qui sait recevoir ses visiteurs. Bravo à tous!

    Perfect Vacation!

    Just returned from our second stay at the Dreams Jade (prior visit was Now Jade). They kept all the good stuff from Now and made it better! Room was oceanview preferred club. Preferred club is well worth it! Highly suggest it! Room 8409 was perfect. Awesome view of the ocean and adult pool. Spent a lot of time at the main pool since our grandchildren were also there. Did spend a day at the adult pool and it was paradise. Not all into the thumping music of the main pool! Seawood was pretty bad but they were constantly raking and picking it up. Food was excellent. Drinks were not mixed strong but I mostly drank mango margaritas and do not like them strong anyway. Roberto at the castaway bar was AMAZING. So friendly and helpful! Always had a smile. Goyler in the Carnival buffet was equally amazing. He took care of our entire party each morning and arranged seating for us. Always willing to get another table to add on for our large group. He was always so fun! Enjoyed seeing him each morning! Check in at the preferred lounge was easy and room was ready when we arrived. Had a bottle of champagne waiting in the room for our anniversary. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion!!! Wish I had know, would have left mine at home. Loved the body wash so much that I took a pick and am buying it here at home. Pricey, but was awesome! The room was huge, bed was comfortable. Ceiling fan was a bit loud, but all in all loved our room! We tried most of the restaurants and liked them all. Buffet at dinner was a bit underwhelming on the one night we went there, but I assumed most people were at the ala carte restaurants as it was not very crowded. Loved that we did not need reservations. Never had to wait for a table. Attended a wedding while there and I must say the hotel really had a beautiful setting. The wedding and reception that followed was stunningly beautiful. Every one had a great time! All in all it was a pretty perfect vacation!!
