We had an exceptional time! The highlights were the amazing food, especially the Oceana restaurant and the Asian restaurant. Another stand out was that the recreation team was spectacular. We enjoyed the aerobics, water, volleyball, beach, volleyball, entertainment at the theater, including the perfect couples, which we ended up being, And other fun things like soccer in the pool, football, pickle ball, and so many other great things. Big shout out to, Nad, Gabriel, Luis, Alnair, Neftalia, Eucario.

Everything was exceptional. Room service, cleanliness, choices of restaurants, beach, activities were all more than we expected. The staff was even better. Lots of special touches like the coffee bar, fancy themed nights, and entertainment.

A true DREAM vacation.
As always, the friendly staff make a great location holiday even better. Staff is always attentive and very friendly. EUCARIO (activities team), and ALMA (Supervisor at World Cafe and Seaside Grill) deserve special mentions as they are super attentive and extra friendly.

This dreams not anything more then a 3 star. Although the staff was great, the hotel is so very tired and not maintained very well. Very moldy, disco and other places. Needs paint, new tiles, elevators that work all the time. Ceiling were dirty and rusty. Food was fair. Pools and ocean was great. Not many chairs and getting up at 7am to get one is terrible on vacation. Drink servious was great. Entertainment was very good. Mezcal tasting good. Plaza events good. Poor room booking communication and tour mix up and bus to airport one hour late. Could have used the time to have lunch. Huatco was beautiful. Tours and guide great we went on very good.
