My experience at Dreams Mazatlan was incredible. The hotel's food is delicious and varied, with options for all tastes. The room was comfortable and very well equipped, with a breathtaking view. What really stood out was the entertainment staff, especially Antonio, who was in charge of making us feel at home with his energy and sympathy. Without a doubt, a perfect place to relax and enjoy an unforgettable vacation. I recommend this hotel 100%!

Great week at Dreams Estrella Del Mar
Pablo Peter and chef at Meraki are excellent. They prepared marlin we caught fishing and it was delicious. Hernan Gilberto provided excellent service! Rooms were very nice and beds comfy. Loved the shower and ocean front balcony. Entertainment staff was great

The Resort is beautiful and well maintained. The grounds are well planned out and there is plenty to do for families, especially with younger kids. We had a great time pool side and our server Josue was amazing. He always kept are drinks topped up and had a fun personality. The restaurants were good especially Portofino where our server Fransisco treated us like family. Overall we really enjoyed our holiday but there were a couple of down sides for us. We couldn't swim in the ocean. Strong undercurrents, stingrays and jellyfish kept the red flags flying. The resort is a quick trip from the airport but a 35 to 45 minute taxi ride into town. No shuttle so the only option is a taxi at 600 pesos each way. It wasn't a huge deal but not as convenient as some of the other resorts in Mazatlan. Dreams is a great resort with just a couple of drawbacks. We would definitely come back.

4 star resort trying to be 5 star.
I’ll give an honest review of the resort. My family and I have visited several resorts in Mexico from 3 star to 5 star and this resort is really a 4 star trying to be a 5 star as it is advertised. First the good. - the Hyatt inclusive app is great to communicate with staff for maintenance, room service, house keeping, etc. - preferred club check in is nice with its own bar and food when you checkin with no line and priority. - Hernan and Josue at the pool were amazing servers. They made the experience amazing with service and attentiveness. They both had attention to detail and went above and beyond. - rooms had nice furnishings and detail - nice assortment of restaurants - free round of golf for booking a preferred club suite The bad - no food servers at the pool so you had to go and get your own food and carry it to the pool. Watched several people drop food. - no bathrooms close to the pool area. Have to trek to use the restrooms - perferred club pool is way on the other side of the resort from our room. Why split up the preferred club tower to once on each side? Very inconvenient - five people came up to us to ask about their membership sales pitch. We finally said yes and they were very pushy and the deal was only for discounts on their resorts but nothing was free. Not a good deal at all. Plus they gave spa certificates and my wife ordered a facial but when she got there, facials were not part of the certificates. Why did they allow us to book it when they knew we were using a certificate? Plus i got an 80 minute massage which was $225 and one certificate was $200 but they wont let me combine the two certificates and made me pay out of pocket. - It took concierge over 3 hours to get me a tee time and they gave me the wrong time. Then the host found us at the pool and asked for money to pay the coincerge. Why do i need to pay them for doing their job? This pay nickel and dimes you. - my daughter was taking a nap and her diaper leaked into the blanket, sheets and mattress and they made us pay for the mattress change when it was an accident and they don’t have mattress protectors which is concerning. - room service has a limited menu that doesn’t change and you can’t order drinks on the app so you have to call them to get any drinks. - spa at the main pool was not hot toward the end of the day when it was the coldest. They turned off the heat to save energy - the room AC only goes to 71 degrees and won’t go any lower so if you like it cold, don’t come here. - the gym only has 3 treadmills and four machines to work out on for a large resort. - pool has only one row of lounge carts which makes seating very limited and they allow people to go at 6-7 in the morning to reserve seats so when you go down to the pool, there are 0 seats available and you have to buy The $139 or $400 cabanas

Great pool service , loved my family vacation here
We had so much fun at the Dreams Hotel , it was fun , everyone was friendly . Hernan and Josue were amazing and made our trip so much better , they both were very very attentive while we were at the pool!!! We would definitely come back to Dreams Mazatlán
