We had a great week. Staff is super friendly and the rooms are big. Only thing I would suggest to the sports bar is to have Canadian sports readily available. That place went nuts last night. Go Canada !!!!! We met friendly people here. Lots of great connections before heading home ❤️

Relaxing getaway with a bit of room for improvement
Dreams Mazatlán Resort Review: A Relaxing Escape with Room for Improvement Our week-long stay at Dreams Mazatlán offered a blend of relaxation and family-friendly amenities in a beautifully maintained, safe, and tranquil setting. The staff were the true highlight of the experience—warm, attentive, and eager to make guests feel welcome. A special mention goes to Giovani at Meraki Restaurant, who delivered exceptional service and added a personal touch that elevated our dining experience. Property & Amenities – B+ The resort itself is well-kept, offering a peaceful environment that feels secure and comfortable. The amenities are excellent, catering well to families and providing plenty of opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. Evening shows were particularly enjoyable, offering delightful entertainment without being intrusive. Dining – A Mixed Experience While the food quality was solid—good, though not exceptional—the real drawback was the service time. Despite being marketed as a kid-friendly resort, waiting over 90 minutes for basic items like hamburgers and fries is unacceptable, especially for families with young children. This issue became the property’s Achilles heel, detracting from an otherwise pleasant experience. Kids Club – Needs Better Age Range Consideration The kids club, though thoughtfully designed, has room for improvement in catering to older children. With activities like arts and crafts targeted at younger kids (ages 2-12), older children around 10-12 may feel out of place, especially when teens are engaging in more age-appropriate activities like video games. A more diversified activity range or an overlap in age brackets could better accommodate older elementary-age children. Overall Impression Despite the slow dining service and kids club limitations, the fantastic staff and well-maintained property left a positive impression. We’ve already planned a return visit, hoping that some of these concerns will be addressed by then. Dreams Mazatlán has the potential to turn a solid B+ into an A with just a few thoughtful improvements.

Mexican food was delicious!
El Patio is a great place to enjoy a Mexican meal. Alberto was an awesome server, Rafael was a great as well. So much good food and service. We had the brisket tacos and Norte tacos along with tortilla soup. Guacamole was not on the menu but Alberto had the chef make us some. We will be back!

Very nice resort, very well taken care of. We just finished dinner in Merika, Mediterranean/Asian fusion restaurant. By far our best meal. Our waiter Hiriam, and his Hefe Samuel were amazing!!!! It’s obvious that they both have a sense of professionalism that exceeds standards anywhere in the world! Accommodating and welcoming. Dreams should be proud of these two people! The food was amazing and the service was, again; beyond expectation!

Sun, pool and dinning
Chilaquiles station was a great idea, we tried the secret suizas salsa and it was amazing, also Luis by the pool gave us a great service never letting our drinks run out. Had a good family time, make sure you also try local restaurant food to enjoy mazatlán gastronomic experience
