Nous avons pris la plus grande suite en prefered clib et en "unlimited luxury". Au final, je doute de la nécessité de prendre le prefered : les espaces réservés étaient régulièrement utilisés pas des clients non prefered. De même pour le unlimited. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur les sites, il y a bien des bracelets pour différencier les clients. Cependant, à part 2 fois en 5 jours, il na jamais été vérifié et je sais que les bars on servit sans limite des clients sans bracelet. La suite de 48 Mètres carrés est appréciable car 2 salles d'eau (mais toilettes non séparées, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site). Très belle vue mer depuis le 4eme étage du bâtiment principal cependant. A savoir : piscines non chauffées. Nous avions demandé un départ tardif, refusé car pas de chambre disponible mais on nous a permis de continuer à utiliser toutes les autres commodités de l'hôtel et on a pu prendre notre douche (froide) à la salle de fitness (petite mais bien équipée et machines récentes au passage). Personnel attentionné mais presque personne ne parle français, même souvent uniquement espagnol. C'est normal pour les riverains, mes commerçants de la vill, etc, ça l'est moins pour un hôtel avec des vacanciers internationaux dont un bonne partie de français. La chambre est propre mais limite pour le sol. Concernant le prefered, le snack de la piscine réservée était fermé pour travaux, le minibar qui devait être rempli chaque jour avec eau, soft, snack et bière était un peu vide : coca, sprite, bières en canettes et un mini paquet de chips. A noter que le snack et les boissons proposées à l'espace prefered doivent être consommées sur place, même les petites bouteilles d'eau. Cependant, négociation assez facile. Le calme à la piscine prefered (adults only) est appréciable (en avril en tout cas) car il y a quand-même pas d'enfants. L'expérience promise du "unlimited luxury" comme unique et différente des autres all inclusive est à chercher. Absolument tout inclus ? Non, au bar, juste une sélection de boissons et je n'ai pas bien pu comprendre la différence avec un classique all-inclusive. Cependant, n'étant pas dee gros buveurs, cela ne nous a pas gêné. A noter : les piscines ferment à 18h00. Les restaurants à 21h30 (et vous le fait bien comprendre). C'est un tôt car il n'y a aucune offre de snack ensuite, même si les bars restent ouverts jusqu'à minuit. Bref, les promesses des sites et les photos, c'est de la pub, ça fait rêver et c'est fait pour ça. Au final, ça brille moins qu'en vitrine. Cela reste un hôtel agréable cependant. En avril, 1100 euros en tout inclus pour 5 nuits (15h00 pour prendre la chambre, 12h00 pour la rendre). Le rapport qualité-prix reste très correct car nous étions 2.

Apr 28, 2025Excellent hotel, would highly recommend
Just returned from a lovely 2 night break with the girls for a 40th birthday & would highly recommend. Reception staff were friendly & very helpful. Rooms were lovely & very clean. We were all inclusive & there was a great variety of food & drink available. The entertainment team were fun and bar staff were happy to fill our (large) cups with plenty of cocktails! The pool area was very clean & pool was very refreshing! The hotel is a 15 minute walk to magaluf strip and a 5 minute walk to the beach so a great location for all ages. We had a late flight home and were able to have a late check out room until 6pm which was €60 & well worth it. We also hired pool towels for €10. The rooms had shampoo, conditioner & shower gel and you get a large complimentary bottle of water supplied plus tea bags/milk/sugar. They also have a full size hairdryer, a clothes steamer, safe & fridge and beds are very comfortable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough

Apr 28, 2025PREFERED CLUB EXPERIENCE....TERRIBLE
We stayed at Dreams Calvia April 2025 and decided to upgrade to preferred club. On arrival first impressions were really good however this soon changed. Our room was very nice located on the 3rd floor of the main building not in an exclusive area as we we're lead to believe, the preferred club pool was across a small road but none of the facilities we thought we would recieve as in drinks, snacks were open so we didn't use this area. The mini bar in our room was supposed to be replenished daily, however 3 days in a row we had to call reception and request it was done. No bathrobes and slippers were supplied as promised in the booking, and only the day before leaving these were left in our room. The breakfast was good, however by the last day we gave up with the buffet and ate out, the food was cold tasteless and stale bread everyday. Only on 1 occasion during our stay were all the alacarte restaurants open, we did try the Italian restaurant however the food was bland and cold. Would I return its a DEFINITE NO

very good
booked here for Fri-Mon easter weekend preferred club. Check in ok when taken to preferred club lounge. wristbands issued. Room wasn't ready, but we were early. Decided to eat lunch. All food we ate was excellent, buffet could of been hotter and omelets made with less oil, but in general all food was plentiful and tasteful. Room spacious and extremely comfy bed. Got cold at night and entertainment was outside so would've been better inside, or at least some kind of heating outside. Mini bar i room was never topped up, despite reporting in preferred club lounge. Great stay though, and would stop here again

Lovely room, shower was a little faulty but managed to fix it ourselves, the room was spotless and very large, with a minibar and safe. The bathroom area was huge with plenty of space. The buffet was OK, but not fantastic. The afternoon buffet was the best of the 3 options. If you have fussy eaters in your group you may struggle. One of the pools was taped off meaning we sometimes struggled for space at the other pool even in April, so if this issue is not solved by summer this may become a problem. Over all the hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly and it was worth what we paid for an out of season holiday. We would go back again for a short break.
