Excellent service and a beautiful resort!

Took a few days to get away and just relax for a few days. A wonderful place. Truly enjoyed the service level provided. Beautiful grounds and plenty of room to get away from other travellers. The rooms were gorgeous. This place would be great for groups and families. Sometimes the restaurants weren't open when the hours said they should be, but maybe they were too slow to be open? I'm not really into mega-resorts because of all the people, but this place still managed to be fairly quiet and relaxing. Food and drinks were delicious. The all-inclusive program was amazing, and a great way to travel with friends and family. I honestly didn't expect to like this place as much as I did!

    Destination Wedding Dream Location!

Beautiful wedding venue! Top notch customer service, clean rooms, and delicious food (and drink!) options. Little to no wait time for restaurants. Plenty of activities and pool areas -- for adults only or families. Very highly recommend!

    The wedding experience

Went for a wedding with a bunch of friends, we had a blast. They kept the rooms clean was which is a plus for me. They also kept the fridge in the room full of drinks. One thing room service did take long but kind of expect seeing as how big the resort is. We also wish they did have more than one bar open until 2am but overall really great experience.

    Septic problems

We visited for a family wedding. The resort was about as expected for a family friendly/ combined resort. The biggest downfall is the septic system room left a terrible odor that floated all the way up to our 7th floor balcony. They would leave the door to the septic room open in the morning and evening and you HAVE to walk by that door to get from our building to any restaurant, main plaza, fitness center, anything. They even have weddings right outside that area. Yikes! If you drink too much the night before, you’ll definitely lose it when you walk by that door!! The waterpark area was really cool and clean. We had excellent bar service and the food was very delicious! I only saw entertainment staff one of the 6 days we were there. The Explorer club was a joke! We have 8/10 year old boys and the small room was suited for 5 yrs and younger. The rock wall and bungee attractions they promote were broken and appeared to have been that way for awhile! There was no video games unless they were programmed into for that day. Which was not programmed in everyday. They do have a “Core zone” area for kids 13-17 which was obviously just video games but unfortunately our kids were too young. They need an in between area for kids 7-12. The food was actually very delicious. We were able to try new dishes and we never had a bad experience. There’s a good amount of variety. Two cafes that were good. The bars closed fairly early. I think only 1 open past 11:30- the sports bar. The cafe open 24 hrs however. The wedding was beautiful. The wedding coordinator was very receptive and responsive to our needs. The location of the resort is beautiful.

    I don't like it.

Dismal location in the rooms that touched us in front of a building and with a tennis court that you could not even go to the balcony because there were people all the time making noise and it is not cheap for what touches us and no one supports us
