First visit to this Hotel, we can't wait to go back again! Stephanie on the front desk checked us in, she was so friendly and helpful. Warm cookies given to us! Our family room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, modern decor. Bottles of water and a bag of jellies in the room for us with a welcome card. Bathroom was beautiful. All of the breakfast staff were lovely. Breakfast was self service, plenty of choice. My 13 year old son asked if he could have pancakes. The Chef made them without hesitation and my son said they were the best ever! Checking out again was easy, the staff were all so pleasant. Location is perfect, a 2 minute walk to London Victoria station and to the Apollo Victoria Theatre. We are already planning our next visit!

It was wonderful to return to this hotel after long days of sightseeing. It is close to public transportation that can whisk you away to everywhere. Special kudos to the chef and waitstaff Rishab. Such a comfort to return each evening to delicious meals and considerate, professional staff.

Excellent Hilton Stay extremely pleased
Since the moment we walked in we were greeted with delight and extreme customer service. Hichem and Rishado at the restaurant were so attentive and the food was great especially the creame brûlée with their own touch. The room was ver clean quiet and bed comfortable.

Doubletree by Hilton London-Victoria
Excellent location to Victoria Station and easy walking distance to surrounding sites. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, and the facility was just what we needed. A shout out to Kaushi for her friendly service and helpfulness! We appreciate you!

Excellent hotel in an ideal location
Enjoyed our stay there very much, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and a very nice breakfast. We were in London to sightsee, attend a function and catch up with friends and the hotel was ideally placed for that, the closeness to Victoria Station was an added bonus. We’re already looking at returning at the same time this year, but the hotel seems to be full, at least showing no availability in December.
