This hotel was perfect! The location, remodeled rooms and lobby were all very nice and very clean. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly. Notably, the restaurant attendants for breakfast (Kaushi, Belinda and Toffi) were all fantastic. They were very helpful and welcoming of each morning as we came down for breakfast. This will be my preferred hotel when visiting London.

Doubletree
Pleasant hotel. Nice staff. Nice rooms with comfy beds. Everything you need for a work stay. Great breakfast. Great central location. Always stay here as it is very near our London offices. Near to train station and a selection of decent bars and restaurants nearby.

Enjoyed London Biz trip
Great location near victoria station, walking distance to major sightseeing and rooms were good. Daily breakfast with great and attentive service (Thank Belinda for always being helpful and cheerful in the mornings…helped with overcoming jet lag).

Very positive stay
Very positive stay, made so by the wonderful professionalism of the hotel and restaurant staff. Nothing was ever a problem and each did what they said they would do with good grace and enthusiasm. In particular Belinda Joffy stood out among others as one of the leaders of customer-centred culture. Would stay again, highly recommended.

Great stay!
We had a great stay at the Doubletree Victoria, London. Very nice room with comfortable beds and very clean. Food was very good including an outstanding breakfast buffet. Staff was very kind and courteous. Great bar area also. We were served regularly by a gentleman named JayDeep. He was an excellent bartender. He was always kind, helpful, and professional. What a great asset to Doubletree! Thanks JayDeep! We had a great overall experience at the Doubletree. We’ll be back.
