Jaydeep offered a fantastic service at the bar area very hospitable, great location short walk from Victoria station and smooth check in experience. Good proximity to attractions. Room was on the smaller side but comfortable.for single occupancy.

Great service and beautifully renovated king rooms.
I have been using this hotel for over a decade when I am in London for business or recreation. I had not been there for over a year and when I returned I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of their upgrades. I reception area looks great and they have also totally upgraded the check-in experience. Totally professional, efficient and pleasant. Miss K. Durga was wonderful. I stayed in a King Room and I was delighted by the quality. The decor is modern yet cosy. Well done on upgrading and modernising the facilities.

First time in London
Everything was fine. Room was clean and well equiped. Ms Vandana did great job. Hotel is located near Victoria station and all attractions in London are easily recheable. Breakfast was delicius. We are recommwnded Hilton Double tree Victoria hotel.

May 02, 2025Terrible hotel that lies!!!
Do NOT stay here! They left me stranded at the airport after I booked an executive car service with them. I had to find my way to the hotel after being stranded an hour.... The pillows are body pillows & horrible!.... They confirmed to me by email that there was a guest laundry that I could wash my clothes & they LIED! They stated that I could send out my laundry at my own expense. After spending over $2,200 for a 7 day stay they could care less! Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!! Again, DO NOT STAY here!!!

Nice and modern hotel, very convenient.
The hotel and location are great. The front desk staff, and concierge were very helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. The air conditioning worked well. The Terminus lobby restaurant served an excellent English Breakfast, and their dinner and lunch menu was good and reasonably priced. Jaydeep in the restaurant and bar was very nice to me. He also makes a very good martini. I am a woman ho was traveling solo, and I felt very comfortable and safe in this hotel. Their are plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area, and you can get almost anywhere in the local area, LHR or most places in England from Victoria Station.
