Great place to vacation. Lots of amenities, Great restaurants, 5 different pools hot tub. Great gym. shopping on property .

Had a great time with a couple gal pals. Pools were awesome, and since we were located right next to Gizmos bar, we found ourselves there almost nightly. Shout out to "Lew" our bartender for great service! Food was great, from the Lobster Thermador at Oceans, the tacos at the Shack, the sandwich at New Amsterdam, and the tacos at the Shack. Great food, and hospitality. Only negative was couldn't get through to the desk for toilet paper, and wasn't able to get new beach towels. Meh...we managed to use same towels all week.💁 Thanks for the hospitality everyone!

I don't even have words for how awful this place it. I cannot understand how they have 4 stars. There are so many things wrong in our room I don't know where to start. First - the air conditioner in our "living room" doesn't work and when it does it blows warm air and if you look at the vents, they are so filthy you don't even want to breathe the air. Our fire alarm has been beeping since last night when we arrived after a 14 hour flight (had a detour through San Juan due to an inexperienced pilot). We have asked multiple people to try and get it fixed but still not fixed after a sleepless night. The bathroom is old and vanity is missing knobs. There is a bathtub but the water does not run to fill the bathtub. We are traveling with an infant and do not have a way to bathe him. We finally got a crib (after calling multiple times the week before to make sure we have one but it must not have been stored properly because the bottom is cork board and it is all water stained and warped. We also asked for a high chair that they said they have but they have all mysteriously disappeared! Please - if you have a vacation booked here, cancel and go to a different resort. If you were thinking of booking here - don't. If you are stuck here like we are now - so sorry for you. I imagine you can tell I am a bit upset at these poor accommodations as I sit here writing this and listening to our fire alarm continue to beep.

In one word, Paradise!
This resort has something for everyone! If you are a couple that desires to stay to themselves, there are so many romantic spots to experience. If you are a couple or family that wants to dance to fun music or enjoy the many water activities, they have that for you too! Their accommodations are extremely nice and varied...from a beachside hotel room choice to a high-rise room with a magnificent view, from a poolside cabana with separate bedroom, to a more privately located 3 room condo...the choices are wonderful. You will love St. Maarten but you will want to stay here because of the staff and their amenities. Mary at check-in could not have been more friendly, efficient and helpful. Eddy immediately got us to our room. Gizmo's bar is so much fun during the day and into the night. Pierre's smile and service there will keep you coming back. Jay at the pool bar has to be the hardest working bartender on the entire island! And you will be sorry if you miss the Guava Coladas made by LeRoy and Stephen at the Sea Breeze pool bar. This is where we spent most of our time, in the care of these two. They have been serving Divi guests for over 20 years! About half of the guests we met during our stay, were returning and some had been coming back for over 20 years! Janey, our room steward was amazing. She went above and beyond by making us a beautiful towel/floral design for our 25th anniversary. LOL, some of the iguanas were overly friendly! George, a wonderful staff member, saw us having trouble running them away from our patio, assisted us, and continued to check on us during our stay. Saving the best for last, Felix, did so much for us during our 6-night all-inclusive stay. He was so much more than just a bellman. Felix helped us with understanding the amazing property, introduced us to Anne Marie (the person that made our anniversary dreams come true!), and he was never too busy to offer a golf cart ride. He will forever be part of our Divi memories and will be a main reason for returning!

Amazing Staff!!
We have been returning for over 15 years!!! Absolutely love the Staff!! Pierre at gizmo is Amazing! Always has a smile!😀 Always very friendly and personable! Always makes my special drink requests.. keep up the great work!! We will definitely be back Soon!!
