    Sandra Mora - Towel Hut

    Sandra Mora at the towel hut is so nice! She’s always so welcoming and really cares about the people at the Divi Phoenix. If you would like braids, Sandra will contact someone to braid your hair and direct her to the palapa that you are at. Sandra Mora you are the best!

    Sandra Mora Towel

    Best employee ever. She’s so sweet. She’s extremely helpful and always wants to assist when needed without expecting nothing. Beautiful soul, welcoming heart, and totally amazing. As a tourist, it’s nice to have someone around that treats you with class.

    Love Divi Phoenix

    Our 13th year at Divi Aruba Phoenix and love it more each year! The people are the best!!! Renovations are very nice..Special shout out to Sandra, Michelle, and Julio!!! Look forward to seeing everyone each year!!! ❤️ until next year!!! See you in 2026!!!

    Love the Resort - Staff and Guests are so Friendly

    We have been coming to the Phoenix for many years and the staff has always been friendly and ready to please. There are so many that make our stay wonderful that can't name them all however those we deal with on a daily basis are: Sandra Mova - manages the towel hut and she is always asking how our day is going and has a smile Ariel R and Joel A - pool and beach attendants - are always there at beginning of the day to help with lounges and chairs - again always with a smile Carinna - housekeeping - love her - always smiling and does a great job with cleaning our room Adriana, Michelle and Jesus - concierge - no matter the request always pleasant and gets our request completed - even when we need to change at last minute Cris - Deli - have known Cris for many years and have never seen her be anything but gracious and great Avril - Activities - so happy to see her back - she always is smiling and wonderful with the children Danny, Anrdius - bar tenders -- again good at their jobs and always smiling and accommodating
