Guest Names Policy - Walt Disney World reservations must be booked with the correct guest names. A complete name change to the lead name is considered a cancellation and will require a new reservation.
Deposit Requirements - A major credit card and photo I.D. is required upon check-in to cover phone or incidental charges.
Convention Policy - Guests attending a convention at the hotel may not use this package for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be charged directly by the hotel.

Nov 18, 2024Comfortable, relaxing atmosphere with excellent surroundings
Loved this hotel. Charming, relaxing and a great atmosphere and feel through out. Staff were excellent. Restaurant is good and a fair price. Scat bar was great at the weekend. I thought the rooms were a good size, and comfortable. The Disney Alexa's are a good touch. Think this would be my first choice when I return again Only gripe is single ply toilet roll... Come on Disney... You're better than that!

Rolling on a River
This is such a quaint and charming resort. I’ve stayed before about 13 years ago and it was just as beautiful as I remember it. We were riverfront in Building 1, in one of the newly renovated rooms. We had a King room on the corner of the second floor - very spacious. Shower had nice hot water. We were the farthest room from the lobby, but it was always such a pleasant walk. Each morning I would walk to Riverside along the river. Grab a boat ride to Disney Springs or take a bus to the parks. All the transportation options are convenient. I truly think this is the best moderate resort on property.

Lovely small resort, always felt quiet even although we were there just before July 4th weekend. Peaceful and relaxing which is just what you need after the parks. Rooms were big, more modern than the photos suggest. Beds very comfortable. Quick service restaurant had a good selection of items, and the beignets from scat cats washer to die for! Reasonably sized shop too, as well as laundry room and nice sitting area in the lobby. We stayed here and Beach club, and much preferred French Quarter.

Amazing stay
I was in town for some medical treatment for my chronic illness and always stay on Disney property because they are the best.French quarter was exceptional. The rooms are convenient to get to(smaller resort) & the food is amazing (the beignets 🩷)

Amazing time at French Quarter
We had an amazing time at this resort. Everyone single cast member we encountered was very sweet and helpful. The resort was so clean. Food was delicious. The pool was so much fun. The gift shop was great. It was on the smaller side but had so many options. The buses from this resort were awesome. We never waited longer then 5 mins and getting back always seemed so quick. The only downside I can see is the food court doesn't open til 7 so if you are doing early entry to any of the parks you can't eat breakfast before hand. I highly recommend this resort. It's absolutely beautiful and has become my favorite resort.
