Bell service was terrible. Very rude people in the morning. Very disorganized. Manager was not helpful and was in the phone will we were trying to get help. I believe the persons name was Steve and ignored us when we needed help. Overall our stay was ok except for bell service experience. They need to get better training on customer service.

Apr 20, 2025The holiday of a lifetime . . . Amazing base🇺🇸☀️
What an absolutely amazing holiday we’ve had. Made memories which will last a lifetime. Four of us shared a room. 2 adults and 2 kids (16 and 11). It was just about doable but a bit of a squeeze. Room was spotless, everything we needed provided too. The Fantasia pool reopened before we arrived and was a massive bonus. Managed to spears a couple of hours most days around the pool. The drinks cups are a game changer. About £80 to drink tea, coffee and all soft drinks for 2 weeks is an amazing deal. The bus service is unbelievably good. ‘Welcome home’ The food in the food court was way better than we expected, ate in there many times. Just the most amazing astonishing time. We will be back.

Disney magic
This hotel was brilliant we loved our 3 week stay, staff helpful, room was clean and super easy to use transportation for Disney or lyft. We stayed when the hurricane hit but felt safe and everything was cleaned up so quickly. We would love to return again soon and would stay All Stars again

A great option for young families and WDW first-timers.
A great option for families and WDW first-timers. The hotel’s theming (Toy Story, Herbie, Fantasia, etc) is perfect for making you feel immersed in the Disney experience. Great shop on site, two great pools, and brilliant direct buses to the four theme parks, Disney Springs and the water parks. The food court has many options - not the best quality food by good enough for a quick bite to eat before bed. The breakfast options are superb. Clean, affordable, and family friendly. Just what you need when travelling with the kids!

Magical 4th birthday celebration for our son!
The All-Star Movies Resort was perfect for celebrating our son’s 4th birthday. We arrived and he was in awe of the statue characters around the property. It was definitely a young child’s playground. Walking in to the room the TV displayed his Happy Birthday Message and a family welcome message. The small details were a pleasant surprise! The room was small, clean, and had all the amenities you need. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash they provide were a great surprise and they smelled really nice! The mini fridge was great for waters and snacks. I have nothing but praise for the affordable price to stay on property.
