Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. At least one person per room must be 21 or older to check in/register.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
General Information - Room taxes are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
MANDATORY RESORT CHARGES: A mandatory resort service charge will be collected directly from guests at time of check-in. The mandatory daily resort charge, currently ($32.00) per room, per night, plus tax will be posted to the guest room to cover the following:

The Diplomat Resort served as a November getaway with stunning views from our ocean front room. The room was clean and well attended to. The Fitness Center was excellent with two floors of equipment to choose from. One aspect that kept my review from excellent was the lack of notification of the massive construction project taking place. It completely took away from the beautiful lobby and one of the outdoor pools. All check in/out functions took place in the convention area of the resort which was extremely crowded and difficult to navigate. Continuing I must share our experience with the resort’s concierge Joe Lombardo, it’s not often you find a concierge so spot on with all recommendations! What a personable and knowledgeable man, do not hesitate to ask him anything, he’s a true gentleman and asset to the Diplomat Resort!

3 days for TD Synexx North American Conference. A very good experience. No issues at all to have me hang around an entire day after checking out and waiting for an evening flight out. Melissa a hotel ambassador was exceptional helpful and nice.

Karen and Arthur
We worked with Karen and Arthur, when spending the day at the cabanas for our baby moon. They helped make the day so special and make her we had a super relaxing day despite it being so busy! If you ever have the chance to work with either of them when planning things to do around the hotel, you’ll truly have a great time :) thank you again!

Nov 19, 2024Disappointing for Hilton Diamond membership
I checked into the Hilton Diplomat yesterday. As a Hilton Diamond Member, also with a reservation via Amex Centurion, you can only be disappointed. No complimentary breakfast, no lounge and an "upgrade" to an Ocean view room that is out of proportion to the service in other Hilton hotels. I tried to talk to the front desk several times, unfortunately there was no accommodation. Except that if I wanted to leave the hotel again, they would not charge me any cancellation fees. Of all the hotels in the Hilton chain, I stayed with, this is unfortunately the one that does the least for its status customers. Disappointing

Wonderful experience.
Despite the construction, hotel is an amazing experience. Staff is incredible, specifically Joe, Ronnie Owens, Fiona, and Sephoria in the Spa. The pool and beach are beautiful, we will be out there soon. Two hundred characters is a lot. I was done after 180 but 🤷♀️
