Gaines Party of 4
When going to the beach be ready for a constant flow of locals trying to sell things to you the entire time, including massages and getting your hair braided. The umbrella and chairs have the name of the resort of them but you pay the men hanging around to use. The room smelled all the time, the mini blinds should be trashed and there were no wash clothes provided. The entire place needs to be renovated and upgraded. Food was not available 24 hours each day at the resort. The bright spot is the staff were very sweet.

Awful property
The air conditioner in the room was full of black mould within it and around it on the wall and extremely noisy. Front reception staff were unhelpful ( I couldn’t speak Spanish) and they wouldn’t even try to help my requests with laundry or money change. I was very uncomfortable there.

The worst in my life
The worst experience I've ever had in a hotel, nothing to do with what they publish, the rooms are so embarrassing, broken curtains, garbage on the floors, slippery floors and cockroaches in the room, we had to leave the hotel and book at the stellar hotel, we went from hell to heaven Apart from that there was no money back Totally disastrous

Poor expirience
Dirty, staff is not as nice as you will expected. The hotel is not in really good conditions. Common areas not good looking, make sure to arrive after 330 pm, you will have to stay in the lobby doing nothing til that time. Do NOT recommend this. Save your money and go somewhere else

Do not go!
Antique adequations and stuff, not reasonable price - quality, better look for other options. And people at front desk do not smile, I suggest going to a new hotel and eat outside, it will be cheaper, and the installations will be better by far.
