Weiskopf
Opened November 1st, 2001. This signature Puerto Vallarta Golf Course Designed by Tom Weiskopf provides Vista Vallarta with a dramatic contrast from its first course. Built on the properties lower west end, golfers won't believe they have simply taken a different turn the club house. Here the terrain is extreme with dense jungles, deep ravines and swift creeks.

Jan 14, 2025Small resort, disrepair.
Smaller resort. Good location but resort was worn out and in disrepair. Doors broken, light bulbs burnt out. Hard to get into restaurants and meals took at least two hours. Buffet was not spectacular so went off resort for a few meals which is sad when you pay for all inclusive. I added my husband to my room and they charged me more than double in person since was unable to change online.Very difficult communication from the states. Run- down property.

Don't go here. It was awful. No hot water, no chairs in room, low wattage bulbs, cannot make/receive phone calls in room, swimming pools/spa cold (no bubblers), food lousy, no ice bucket or ice machine anywhere, faulty room safes, no clock, no hair conditioner, no hotel written room instructions, lousy lumpy pillows, no outlets to charge devices. I could go on forever. We have been here twice in the past and it was lovely. Now it is awful. The staff was aware and apologetic. Staff is kind and really tries. We had the Deluxe Ocean View room and were there over Christmas '24. Merry Christmas! Hah!

A Week of Bad Days
Needs a Complete Makeover in all area Upon arrival they scratched out the room we booked & gave us a different one .Within the first 15 minutes of our stay the power went out in our room and was never restored (we charged our phones in the bathroom) and left curtains open for light .We were on the 8th floor and elevator quit working for 2 days .Food from buffet was always cold .Workers couldn’t speak English so extremely hard to communicate with anyone about anything.,shows were all in Spanish too so we couldn’t understand anything they were singing or talking about.We will not stay at this resort again

The old saying, "you get what you pay for" is definitely correct is the case for Crown Paradise Golden Resort. While my wife and I did get a great deal for our 5-day stay, we were extremely disappointed in the overall condition of the hotel and the grounds. Once we walked into the hotel for our check-in, in quickly became clear that the hotel has not received any update for quite some time, and that regular maintenance is sporadic judging from the outlets hanging out of the wall, missing tile, and peeling paint. Once we walked into our room, we again were met with disappointment with the sad state of condition the room and bathroom were in. The bathroom shower specifically had fixtures were loose from the wall, and the tub drain cover was not attached. Judging from the looks of radio/alarm clock, this also would not be able to be used to dock any new iPhone or Android phone since the connection were from the first versions of those phones. The pool area was a huge disappointment due to the extremely poor condition of the decking and the missing tiles. It was difficult to enjoy the beach on the hotel grounds due to the large amount of trash piled up by homeless people staying under the catamaran. The food was mediocre at best, and most of the time was either cold or lukewarm. Surprisingly, we were able to get a table just by walking in to the Mediterranean restaurant on our first night, but the rest of the dinner was a huge let down since we waited for an hour for our food that was inedible since it was still raw. When we attempted to get a table at any of the other restaurants we were always told that there weren't any tables available and they were completely booked, but judging by how busy they looked after we walked by several times, there were always many empty tables available. The wait times at each of the bars seemed excessive, especially since there were never more than one bartender serving drinks. Overall, take a pass on this "resort" and pay a little extra to get a much better experience and stay.

The service is terrible, I usually don’t write review but this time I couldn’t not stop myself writing one They never answer the phone call , you always have to go stand in line to speak to them Shower water is always cold , safe was missing from the too Took them 2 days to get one. Safe never worked they didn’t care to fix it I would never go back ! Please look for another hotel if you like to have nice vacation
