Apr 01, 2025Great vacation spot for couples or families.
The experience was so very nice. We enjoyed the honeymoon suite which was huge. It had a large patio as well with a jacuzzi. The view of the water was breathtaking. Our porter was Jesus. He really took care of us! He picked up our suitcases with a broad smile and was so very friendly. We enjoyed chatting with him so much!

Con la cantidad de gente no es para menos que hubiera fila para las bebidas y la comida, me refiero a las áreas comunes, no me gusta hacer fila.

Good people
Jesus is the best really nice and a great person keep up the good work Jesus. Luis Gomez is a very very good bartender I like how he made drinks and in all a good bartender. ferdy the waiter was very good nice friendly and did lots for use. Antonio is waiter that we have been coming to for years every year we see him and is always very good.

Upon checkout we were greeted by our bell boy Jesus. He kept our luggage safe and secured while we grabbed a quick breakfast. He was ready and waiting when our driver arrived, loaded up our luggage and was so pleasant. From start to finish, crown paradise gives you the 5 star experience.
