we went as a family 11 of us - the food , and lineups were unbearable - trying to book a reservation was an event of who can get online first amd was never able to book for all if us good for locals -the food was terrible - except if you like hamburgers and hotdogs - hotdogs areade in so many dishes it musg be a record

One of my favorite places to travel to. The staff are always so welcoming and are always willing to help out and answer questions. I have been coming here for a very long time and will continue to come back for many years to come. Jesus the bellman and Gabriel the bartender at the adult pool are the best.

Check in 4 minutes. Booked room with the sea view. Got the room on the ground floor. With a view on the construction field and feet of people passing by. Had to shout and argue at the reception for 1 hour. One of the receptionists showed us with a hand on the way out. Received a room with a partial sea view and view on the construction field. The hotel is super old and cheap. As if there was no renovation from the 80s. Food is disgusting. Vio.com sold it as a 4-star hotel. When officially it's e stars. I'm still waiting for a refund from vio.com. we tried to contact them today 3 times. Booked another hotel straight away. Please don't book this place. It's overpriced and ugly.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Jesus our bellman was so helpful throughout our entire stay and extremely friendly. The food and service was excellent. Highly recommend this resort. Great family destination!!! Loved our experience.
