Keira Valdez and the other server I didn’t remember her name were very helpful and did a great job with our orders. I will for sure come back again. Rooms were always clean beds made showers clean and loved my view of the pool had a wonderful Time would highly recommend to others to go there

Cozumel Mexico
This resort is so much fun. The food is delicious and the service is amazing. All the games are so much fun, run by Suny Diego, Juanita, and Jesus. And Keira is so kind I recommend having her as your waitress. It’s a wonderful resort I have been twice to this specific place and loved it both times. And make sure you’re ready for pool volleyball at 4:00.

Keira Valdez was awesome and on top of drinks and food every day Suny was an awesome activity director and always super full of energy and keeping the fun up Diego was the best player in volleyball Jesus was a great coordinator Jaunita was a great crazy game host Food was great across the whole food staff

Fabulous service!
Very friendly service! Especially from Juanita at the towel kiosk! 👍 Also very beautiful hotel, and we had good maid service as well. The breakfast buffet was also good. And we very much enjoyed the island and the help of the consierge with getting taxis into town.
