We visited Coconut Bay in mid-January and had an absolute blast. It was one of the best family vacations we’ve taken. The pool was amazing, and we also had a great time at the water slides and lazy River. The kids and adult swim up bar was perfect for us. I know some are concerned about the sargassum but it didn’t impact us at all. The team takes great care with cleaning up the seaweed, and we thought the beach and privacy/seclusion of the beach bar was wonderful. Definitely made you feel like you were on vacation. The housecleaning crew were top notch. And we loved the entertainment team and friendliness of the kids club. The service, food and overall environment was perfect for our family. I especially loved the family pirate dinner night and that we didn’t need to wake up super early to get a space at the pool. The country night and hayride was also amazing. We already booked our return trip and can’t wait to go back!

50th Birthday Trip - January 2025
I went to Coconut Bay for my mom's 50th birthday! We coordinated private tours and dinners with Mia and guest services. Everything came out perfect and better than I imagined. The team's communication was wonderful. Amazing personnel like Mia and Dania (guest services and group planning); Entertainment team personnel such as Vernon, Keshuan, and Kaylee; Servers like Brad and Travis. We are already talking about another trip. The weather was nice, the food was good, the room was clean, and there was entertainment throughout the day for everyone. Perfect for family and friends! Just expect seaweed on the property's beach. There are other beaches on the island that don't have seaweed so if you are willing to take the trip don't worry. Worth the money.

Spectacular stay at Coconut Bay Beach Resort and Spa. ☀️🏖️🍹 🌴
We stayed in the harmony adults only section in a newly renovated room. Very impressed with the staff on how friendly and attentive they were. The food at the specialty restaurants was amazing and the buffet, jerk tree house and flip flops were also very good. We rented a beach cabana which I highly recommend. The staff at Calabash restaurant sang to us for our Anniversary which was a surprise and made our experience that much more special. Because this resort was smaller we found it much more personable than the larger resorts we have stayed at. Made friends with some very special people. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend this resort. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our stay most memorable.

Amazing, friendly and highly recommended
The resort is beautiful. Well kept. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Amazing time. Dahlia,janel,dania, & sherlanda where terrific at the concierge desk .always checking in. The waitstaff and bartenders where also terrific. Always greeted with smiles. Overall a terrific resort.

Absolutely amazing
If you want a chill vacation this is the place. Staff was exceptionally friendly and everyone is so easy going. Beaches were spectacular, bars and restaurants were awesome. If you want more excitement on your vacation, just go for a ride around the island, little different than in the states. Just saying!
