May 03, 2025The BEST vacation our family has ever been on!
This trip was one of our most favorite trips of all time. We are a family of 4. Two young boys 4 and 3, Nico & Nash. We had an absolute blast. First off the grounds and campus are so perfectly set up. Everything is in walking distance and every inch has another attraction for the kids. The theme nights and staff were so amazing and pleasant. The food was phenomenal even the buffet which i did not expect. Top shelf liquor and good food every meal made this trip perfect. We enjoyed ourselves without the guilt and still feel amazing going home. They put our kids first in every situation and made us feel like family. The kids club alone was so amazing for the boys with a splash pad and constant events each day to keep them busy. From the moment we got here until us sitting in the lobby waiting to leave, we were met with the most amazing hospitality, friendliness and assistance with anything we needed. We are truly going home with so many new close friends and can't wait to have them see our boys grow old here. One of our most favorite things was the petting Zoo. Every morning we woke up to be greeted by the local rescued puppies, horse, Donkies etc. We loved the fact that they can roam free and we had the opportunity to interact organically. This was key!!!! Keeping animals in a pen or sheltered area would have made this part inorganic. They are so well behaved and are not aggressive whatsoever and tend to stay in there area on the grounds. Truly one of the greatest parts of this resort. Lastly the beach was phenomenal, you have your own mile long section with chairs, hammocks, beach bar, burger shack and workers cutting fresh coconuts right at your chair. What more can you ask for when you're in paradise. We are truly going home with a new family and are signing up for the loyalty program as we found our annual vacation to watch our boys grow old with. Please try this resort with your family you will not be disappointed!!!!

Would definitely go back
Our son found the best place to accommodate 12 of us for a special family celebration. Although the resort is not perfect, it was close and exceeded my expectations, primarily due to the fabulous staff. Shoutout to Sarai, Jev, Jabari, Tyron, Marz, Quincy, Marquis, & Godfrey; you made everything so memorable!

Just book Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa - you won't be disappointed!
I don't even know where to begin - we had the best time at Coconut Bay! My family of 4 (kids are 13 and 10) traveled to St. Lucia for spring break. The resort is beautiful - clean, quaint and the restaurants are terrific! Lots of activities to do both on and off the resort. Resort: the rooms are clean and very standard but zero complaints. We booked concierge club and had a pool/ocean view with a balcony. Most rooms have both UK and US plugs - we brought an adapter but didn't end up needing it. Concierge club allowed us priority check-in, first "dibs" on restaurant reservations and a dedicated line for any needs. Our kids didn't take advantage of the kids club, but we met other families who did. There are constant activities each day throughout the week (water aerobics, painting classes for kids/families, tie-dying activity, etc.). We learned that, given the concierge club, there would be a "Pirate Dinner" on the beach for those in concierge. What an amazing time we had! We kind of giggled and thought OK a pirate dinner? With other families and games? But, we went nonetheless. We ate our words as it was our best night. Which leads me to: Staff: Top-notch staff at the resort. Everyone there is dedicated to ensuring everyone has the best time while on vacation. Service in the restaurants and bars are top notch. At the Pirate Dinner, the woman who "hosted" was incredible - she kept everyone active and engaged and speaking with one another. My sense is she also worked at the kids club as each child (particularly the younger ones) flocked to her for hugs and games. It was incredible. The Friday that we were there, they had a "foam party" in the pool. Families were PARTYING IT UP (in the most family-friendly way possible! :) ). The kids were squealing with delight and they even did a cocktail making competition for the grown-ups. There was a DJ and, again, a member of staff who kept everyone engaged and having the best time. Beach/Pool: adjacent to the pool area is Paradise beach where you have beautiful water, a beach bar/snack bar to order. Just lovely. The pool was such a hit. There are two on the family side of the resort (both quite large) with the main one having a swim-up bar with extensive drink menus for both adults and kids (or non-drinkers). The water slides and lazy river were so fun and easy for my kids to go back and forth between. Food: the food was really great. The highlight for us was having "Flip Flops", the poolside "snack bar" where you could always find pizza, hot dogs, salads, chicken nuggets, etc., so, our kids could go up and grab food at any given time without it becoming a production. The "buffet" which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, was delicious with its variety of stations (omelet, crepes, waffle, cotton candy for lunch, to name a few). The sit-down restaurants were delicious. We did hear of some people having trouble getting in to the restaurants, so definitely look in to reserving early, just in case. Activities: We only did one excursion - the Chocolat Experience. Wow, just wow. We had the best time driving to the rain forest part of the island and getting to taste a cocoa bean and ultimately making our own chocolate bars. Would highly recommend. You will not regret coming to Coconut Bay Resort. I am not someone who likes to do "repeat" vacations, but we are seriously considering a return. It was one of my all-time favorite vacations and truly because of the resort itself.

A wonderful chilled holiday at a fantastic resort!
What an amazing holiday we’ve just had in St Lucia at the Coconut Bay resort. With two young boys of 12 and 7 we looked hard for a Caribbean resort that had a significant family friendly programme and amenities and this really didn’t disappoint. Facilities wise this hotel was brilliant. The rooms were of a good size with two queen beds for us and the boys. Decor a little dated but really clean and authentic. The pools were fantastic and no rush for loungers which was so good and different to what we experience in Europe! The water slides and lazy river are a brilliant extra for the kids and the kids club has a great varied programme for all ages up to 12. The staff there were great.l and the boys loved their bottles and shirts. The restaurants were also fantastic. The breakfast buffet was better than we’ve had at all our previous all inclusive resorts due to the sheer options and made to order stations for custom pancakes, waffles, omelettes and smoothies. The Asian and Italian were also real favourites and the three course options were delicious. The staff around the resort were all lovely and helpful, typical Caribbean relaxed and chilled vibe which made for a great holiday. We even did a great excursion to the Pitons which included a trip to the waterfalls, a mud bath and a catamaran cruise which is highly recommend. All in all, from a family that’s well travelled to a lot of all inclusive family vacations, this one is up there with the best we’ve ever had.

Gorgeous, relaxing, fun, and friendly staff!!
Wonderful resort with friendly and helpful staff! The views were gorgeous, the food and drinks were great as well as overall atmosphere. There was always something to do or be entertained by. Also, it's only like 5 minutes from the airport (which they have a shuttle for)!
