Just returned from a two-week holiday at Coco Palm. We had a fabulous time! We booked early with British Airways and benefited from a complimentary drinks and lunch package which gave us the opportunity to enjoy the restaurant beyond breakfast. The lunches were amazing! I think we tried pretty much everything on the menu and were never disappointed. The Creole dishes were especially good. I know it's good to single out staff for particular mention but we think it would be unfair to do so as ALL of the staff were fabulous - from the security chaps who would always wish us a good day or evening, housekeeping who kept our room beautifully, the bartenders (great cocktails) and waiting staff - to those on reception who helped with organising trips out, etc. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The hotel is ideally placed with a long stretch of beach just a 5-minute walk from reception. I'd recommend picking up a water taxi from the Bay Gardens Hotel at the other end of the beach to visit Pigeon Island. They also do a great trip to Soufriere (mud bath, waterfall, etc), taking 6 passengers in a small boat (much better than a large catamaran with hundreds!). All in all, we had a great time and would happily come back to Coco Palm if we returned to St Lucia.

Coco Palm the magical place
My partner and I just returned home from a lovely few days in St Lucia. We had the best time. Coco Palm was the BEST choice! From check in to check out the staff accommodated our every need, the food was Amazing, the location is Fantastic, the Staff were Exceptional! My partner was celebrating his birthday and it was nothing short of Amazing. I was completely in Awe of how on point everything was. Attention to detail and courtesy....I can't wait to return!!!! Thanks to the entire team for whatever roll you played to make our stay as wonderful as it was. Regards Petra

Amazing maid service even rang us when she wasn’t working as she was ill which is outstanding service the restaurant was nice slightly pricey however it’s by the pool the breakfast was lovely it’s a help your self type vibe which I personally liked with a wide range of items to have which change every day apart from the fresh omelets made to order bacon, spiced tea, toast, fruit and cereals the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful ringing taxi service when needed and hanging out pool towels it’s definitely more for adults than for young family’s however family’s who have older children it would suit the pool is very large for the size to go out to the town you go down the steps and through their sister hotel where a lovely security guard will be at giving you directions if you need there are 2 local supermarkets one in the happening mall and one by kfc and the beach is a 10 minute walk even in the lovely 30c weather all the locals are very friendly and would definitely come back again

Relocated to this resort - but it was good
We were moved to Coco Palms the day before we were to arrive. While it wasn’t the resort we booked, it didn’t spoil our vacation. Breakfast in the restaurant was fine, fresh omelette/ egg station was made to order, selection was good and varied everyday. Coffee was ho hum. Pool was large and lots of chairs but always looked cloudy. It was close to down town and the restaurants- easy access. The beach was about a 10 minute walk or so.

Superb service
What makes this hotel special is the staff 100% they give it their all, they take it personally. Slight problem checking in resulted in a happy experience. Not because of this would I recommend coco resorts it’s because of the many times I have stayed here never once had a negative experience. The food is delicious the location is hard to beat, newly renovated but without a doubt it’s the staff that keep me coming back time after time.
