Mar 09, 2025Perfect hotel and location
Great hotel, perfect location to travel around Venice. Food was good too and the view from the top floor overlooking the canal and town was all you could ask for. We would highly recommend this hotel. A short walk from the bus, train and water taxi stops. Staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Would stay again without a doubt.

We were a family of 3 and upgraded to the top room which had 2 balconies and was very large. The bed was large and comfortable. Great views of the canal. We loved the breakfast. We also liked the location. We took a water taxi from the airport (so cool) and then had a quick walk to the train station when leaving to Rome. When we came back to the room (with everything closed) there was a sulfur smell, we had to open the windows to clear it out. Not sure what caused the smell and if that was the case in all the rooms. We did like the location and the hotel though and would stay here again.

Great location
Our stay in Venice was fantastic! The hotel is conveniently located just a short 2 mins walk from the station, right on the street, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety to start the day. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we really appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff. We absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Venice!

Amazing breakfast!
This was our first stop on my Italy trip, traveling with my school, and it was absolutely amazing! The staff was kind and the rooms were very clean. It was also right on the water which was amazing. My favorite part was the breakfast buffet! It was delicious!

Value for money not up to the price. Small room, bad smells in the bathroom, with significant moisture smells. The most annoying is the street lighting Proximity to the window and non-blackout curtains. Result no night in the room. Room 122 to avoid. Quiet hotel, well placed close to public transport.
