    Amazing Royal Catalonia Tulum

    Great service from the entire staff! Front desk Adriana and Ezekiel! Loved the Bloved food and atmosphere itwas amazing every day we were there. Food was first class Noe the chef did a superb job every night and Alejandro was an amazing waiter. Sandy gave us amazing service and Roberto! The steakhouse had amazing filet and service. We had so much fun. Beach was lovely such great accommodations. I would definitely come back.

    Almost perfect week

    We enjoyed are almost perfect week at Catalonia Royal Tulum, The BLoved, Asian and Italian restaurants were excellent, The staff was always helpful and pleasant. We upgraded to a privledged room and we are glad we did. One major downfall the smoking areas were located next to the beach, the lobby and some restaurants, also some smokers smoked everywhere

    Exclusivity, Excellence and Exceptional Entertainment Team

    Mine and my partner stay at Catalonia Royal Tulum was absolutely exquisite from start to finish. Unlike the larger resorts in the area, this one is smaller and it feels more intimate and serene, adding a touch of exclusivity. One of the absolute highlights and what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible entertainment team. Tita, Charlie, Diego and Leo (who takes special care of the Italian guests) were nothing short of exceptional. Their energy, warmth, and dedication to making every guest feel welcome and engaged stood out every single day. The entertainment program is wonderfully varied and thoughtfully planned. During the day, there's something for everyone: yoga, pilates, and stretching sessions in the morning, beach volley, pool games, and more in the afternoon. Each evening, the team hosts a themed show that brings guests together and adds a special vibrancy to the night. The performances are dynamic and professionally executed, and the team’s charisma keeps the atmosphere joyful and inclusive. The location of the resort is another major plus - the beach is stunning, and the proximity of the pool to the shore means you can seamlessly switch between the two. There are always plenty of sunbeds available. Dining is another strong suit of the resort. Guests can choose from five à la carte restaurants in the evening, each offering excellent service. We particularly loved the grill and the Italian restaurant. A standout experience was the European restaurant, which features a nightly cabaret and acrobatic show that far exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive resort - it felt like a performance you’d see in a top-tier venue. Breakfast is served buffet-style in a fantastic beachfront location, allowing you to start your day with a gorgeous view. The warm smiles of the two hostesses there truly brighten your morning and set the tone for the rest of the day. Having visited several resorts in the Playa del Carmen area, we can confidently say that Catalonia Royal Tulum is the one we would return to without hesitation. The exceptional service, beautiful setting, and above all, the extraordinary entertainment team made this a vacation to remember.

    Wonderful Anniversary Vacation

    We went to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary! Had a wonderful time! Amazing weather, great staff and service! Food was very good! The activities team were great! We had massages at the spa which were great! Our room was lovely (2209)! Fresh and spacious with great housekeeping! Loved that the pool towels were in our room and replaced each evening! The pool area was very nice! We stayed April 27-May4 ...the beach at the beginning of the week was fabulous with not much seaweed but noticed later in the week is was worse (just nature, no fault of the hotel as they did their best to remove what they could). Housekeeping was very good and timely! Bars and bar staff were great...always friendly! Really enjoyed our romantic dinner on the beach to celebrate our anniversary! The BLoved restaurant was such a lovely spot with spectacular views of the beach! So many dining options! Overall we had an excellent week!

    Smokers Paradise

    Smokers Paradise. Smoke smell everywhere at this resort. On the beach, in the pool, at the lobby, in the restaurants, even throughout the jungle walkway. The Asian restaurant was amazing. Italian was good. Avoid the Mexican restaurant. Huge disappointment! Room very clean and comfortable. Bracelet room keys a bonus. Friendly staff.
