    Clean, family friendly resort!!! 5stars !

    This hotel met my expectations and even more ! Where do I start?! First , the rooms , the resort , the restaurants are SO clean ! Thats one major important thing for me and I give it a 5/5 The staff are allll so nice , they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and good ! I stayed in the privilege grand family swimout room 1026 and I absolutely recommend! They even brought me drinks right to my pool side ! The food .. AMAZING! Everything was good !! Only had the chance to try 3 restaurants a la carte , all really good ! And the buffet is delicious! Nice variety as well! Even the people at the front desk , really nice !! Would definitely recommend, and definitely come back !

    Great stay!

    Awesome stay!! Beautiful beach, perfect sand, view on Isla Mujeres! We were 5 women enjoying amazing food (props to Chef David at BLoved and many more amazing employees!) We had a great time, hotel is recent, food is above average but what we appreciated the most is the amazing, helpful, friendly and fun staff! As for the lack of shade, we brought clip-on umbrellas that worked amazingly on the lawn chairs.

    The best experience of my life

    Thanks to Jony at the pool, David at reception, Salvador in guest services, and Deyvi in food and beverage, our vacation was unforgettable. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication made all the difference. Just because of them, we’re already planning our return. See you soon!

    From the moment we arrived, Salvador, David, and Jony went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference in our stay. Thanks to them, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back soon.     Wonderful place

    A fantastic experience! All the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. Mario and Pedro at the reception area were especially helpful. I lost my reading glasses and Maria went above and beyond trying to get them back for me. Great place! Highly recommend!
