Absolutely amazing resort with outstanding service and accommodations! I want to give a special shout out to Juan, Ulises, Ramon, and Avalos for their excellent service at the swim-up bar and in the restaurant. The entire staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make our experience special!

Best possible anniversary trip!
We decided to come to Casa Velas for our anniversary trip and it couldn’t have been more perfect! We were only able to stay for 4 days but everything was absolutely perfect the whole time - the weather, the service, the food, the room, it was all amazing! Our days by the pool were quiet and relaxing, and it was never too busy for us to find a cabana to lounge in. Our day at the beach was beautiful and our dinner at the Tau Beach Club was fantastic. The staff catered to our every need the whole time (shoutout to Ulises, who was the best). We will definitely be back!!!

Great place to relax and recharge.
Fantastic stay at a fabulous hotel. Absolutely what was needed to relax & recharge after a busy year. Second time at the hotel and it was exactly as I expected. Quiet, relaxed atmosphere, extremely attentive staff, great pool and lounging facilities.

Amazing Resort - pool bar fantastic
We had an amazing experience at this first class resort. The service was absolutely incredible, the food was delicious and the ambience was quiet, relaxing and exactly what we needed to escape. We are normally beach lovers; however, spent our days lounging by the pool. Ulises, Juan and Ramon were so terrific and really catered to our needs. The drinks and food were always offered and the service and quality was like nothing we had ever experienced at any other resort. They truly were fantastic and we can't thank them enough for making our time so memorable.

Book Puerta Vallarta! Its amazing!
I had the most amazing stay at an all inclusive with Casa Velas. A couple of my friends and I decided to go to Puerta Vallarta and found this cozy place. We chose to golf at vista vallarta, dine at Tau beach club, and of course take part in the amenities offered. It also was in a great location as the scenery was out of this world because of the vast mountains. At the resort all of the patrons were so nice and the food was exquisite everyday. We stayed for 4 days and it was so sad when we checked out of our room since all of the people who worked at the resort felt like family. Ulises, Ramon, and Juan took care of our entire group everyday which made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Plus they really know how to make a delicious cocktail! If your looking for a place to relax with friends, your partner, or even solo vacation, look no further.
