May 06, 2025It’s a pretty good hotel
Stayed here for a night while in Cozumel and I can say the location is great. Right next to the water off the main street and close to the local airport. Restaurants and shopping all walking distance. Breakfast included which was quite good and the room is ok. Staff are friendly and helpful so it was a nice stay here. Definitely better than most hotels in the USA and Canada which are expensive and terrible.

Booked through my cc company using points and requested/reserves an ocean view but when we arrived we had a city view for 150+ per night we wanted ocean not a dumpster on a side street. Room was cool and clean and tv was in all Spanish but I was able to fix it to English once I played with remote. Water is purified which is a wonderful plus step into tub with grab bar with worlds worse shower head. Safe never worked correctly and noise made it so we had to sleep with tv on to drown It out. Internet is weak but it will get u by . Staff was great. Bathroom did not have wash clothes at all so note: bring ur own. Minimal plugs so bring an extender to charge earbuds, phones and watches breakfast is on 2 nd floor and it’s great so we got lucky with a 2 nd floor Room. Escalate was broke the day we arrived (super fun navigating that one and very little street parking if u rent a car but taxis r everywhere staff helps with ice but not well thought out as far as location All in all I probably would stay again but would call to make double sure I was getting what I paid for and not settle.

The staff are amazing, Cyntia in breakfast area took amazing care of us and Anibal the cleaning man kept the lobby spotless and was very helpful. Amazing location near the ferry. The chefs cooking our breakfast also deserve a shout-out unfortunately we didn't get their names. Overall very good experience!

Outstanding hotel Service but Wifi very poor.
The service and hotel are outstanding for the price. Wifi is a different story. It is unreliable and goes in and out constantly. It is too weak. I was here for 28 days. The breakfast is 5 star. The hotel is clean and all staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent and close to the airport.

Briseida saved the day!!
Our flight was delayed and we stayed overnight. Briseida at the front desk helped me so much. I left my clothes on the balcony and it rained! She had my clothes dry for me and really saved my day. Really nice hotel,The room was very clean and we had a view of the ocean. The buffet breakfast had a good variety and good food and service. Located near lots of shops and restaurants. A bit noisy at night.
