This was the BEST weekend trip of our lives. We stayed here for one night and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Everything about our stay, the service, the room, the food and bev, the amenities, the location was an absolute 12/10. You can’t go wrong staying here. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Romantic Stay
Quite simply stated, it was the most lovely stay. Carmel Valley Ranch is a magnificent property with many activities, high quality food for breakfast & dinner, and staff that goes over and beyond the meaning of 'customer service'. This was a romantic getaway and we thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and peacefulness.

Great experience
Amanda is one of the main reasons our experience at this resort has been exceptional during our last two stays. While the resort is definitely on the pricier side, the experience is worth every penny. They accommodate Hyatt Globalist status exactly as they should, which is a significant plus. The food, pool, winery, and beautiful hills are all fantastic.

One of the best 1st time experience
One of the best 1st time experience. This place has lots to offer, from room views to spa to steam rooms to wonderful food choices. We loved our time there to celebrate our 15th anniversary. Check-in process was smooth, staff was very helpful, welcome wine was pretty nice along with the hyrdation bag. This place also had tons of activities to participate into. We had lots of fun during our stay.

Great place & customer service!
It only felt right leaving a good review for Paul for all the accommodations he made and the excellent customer service he provided. Upon my boyfriend and I’s arrival, he greeted us with complimentary champagne and he upgraded us to a suite with a tub for Valentine’s Day. That’s not all, we requested for utensils since we brought our own snacks and he was kind enough to have an employee named Cruz send us a microwave! We also spent the next morning going on the hiking trail and enjoying the jacuzzi, will definitely come back.
