At the heart of our expansive Orlando area hotel is our 250,000 gallon free-form pool complete with winding 75-foot waterslide and two rejuvenating outdoor whirlpools. Our sprawling pool-deck area is dotted with lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas and cabanas, and adorned by tropical foliage and swaying palms. Escape from the Florida sun and take a nap behind the cascading waterfalls.
The safety of our guests is of utmost importance to our staff. Attendants will check to make sure your child meets the 42-inch minimum height requirement in order to use the slide unaccompanied. If the child is shorter than 42 inches, an adult must accompany the child down the slide. In addition, floaties and water wings are not approved for use on the water slide. Only United States Coast Guard (USCG) Approved Personal Floatation Devices may be worn.
Caribe Royale guests can now rent our beautiful cabanas on our pool deck. You receive use of the cabana with upgraded comfy lounge chaises, free internet, a cooler of bottled waters, chilled towels, two free frozen drinks from the pool bar, use of two plush beach towels for the day plus a discount on services in The Island Spa! It's a great deal and they sell out quickly so make sure to reserve yours at our fitness center!
- Spa †The Island Spa offers nail, massage, and complete body treatments that are designed for ultimate relaxation. We also feature facial and waxing treatments. While open daily, Spa hours and pricing are subject to change seasonally. Mar 08, 2025Avoid, avoid, avoid
I tried checking in 10 min before check in time and was told I would be charged $75 for early check-in. I told her I would wait. I come back and they can’t find my reservation or anyone’s in line for that matter. Was told to wait. 20 min later I’m still waiting. I’m utterly annoyed wasting my time here. Pool looks nicer in pictures and food at pool is garbage . I would stay elsewhere and avoid all the headaches.

Mar 06, 2025Very disappointing 4-diamond resort (supposedly/allegedly)
My company held an event at this hotel/resort. It was supposedly a 4-Diamond facility. But, I must say it was quite disappointing. Only 2 things that stopped me from giving it 1 star: 1. The steak at The Venetian restaurant was very good 2. The bed and pillows were comfortable - although the mattress at Comfort Inn near Universal Studio was more comfortable for me Everything else was very disappointing. Let me list a few here: 1. Housekeeping was pretty bad - room was still not done by 3pm. Body wash wasn't refilled, and the bottle wasn't mounted properly (the mount point appeared broken). Asking for additional boxed tissue took more than 1 hour, and multiple calls 2. In-room toiletries were almost non-existent - no shaving kit, no toothbrush, no shower cap, no body lotion. Nothing! 3. The food for company dinner at on-site restaurant, Tropicale, was so bad! We were served Asian/Chinese-themed food. OMG! I've never had anything that bad. Everything tasted too sweet. 4. Breakfast at Tropicale was very slow. Waited for well over 15 mins, no server. We had to actually dragged the server to our table to take our order. The breakfast took another 30 mins to arrive!!

We’re very pleased with this hotel, it’s been a good option for us. The rooms are very large, separate sitting room with tv, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Good size bathroom, plus a second separate wash hand basin area with large mirror. Huge bed, tv, wardrobe, safe and useful shelf for several suitcases. One issue is that the pillows are awful, like concrete. Luckily I brought my own but my husband didn’t. We asked for softer ones, which they said they could supply but they were just the same. Such a shame. We were out most of the day so didn’t use the pool but it looked good. We had a couple of Bar snacks and beers which were ok but we felt expensive. Complimentary transport to Disney. Staff were helpful and friendly. Check out time is 11am with an extra complimentary hour, very good.

I recently stayed at Caribe Royale and had yet another fantastic experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. Samantha Gatza, who assisted me, was absolutely wonderful—attentive, friendly, and professional. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff throughout the resort was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The food at the on-site restaurants was amazing, with a great variety of options and excellent quality. I’ve stayed at Caribe Royale for both business and leisure, and each time, the service and experience have been exceptional. I’ll definitely be returning!

Caribe Royal
Very family friendly resort. Great to go with the family. The pool is excellent for the kids. The rooms are clean and large. The two bedroom apartments are a little bit away from the main area. Other than that, they’re fully stocked and very comfortable.
