This was our 3rd time here and we are booked again for April 2025. I cannot say enough about this wonderful resort. The Level up experience is worth the upgrade. Our Concierge Rinaldo (chickadee) is incredible. He made our stay another one to remember and one of the reasons we keep coming back. Shout out to Milly who is just a wonderful person. The staff work hard to make your stay special. the level check in was our favourite place to start our evening with a drink. The restaurants were always welcoming, good food, great atmosphere and attentive staff who remember you when you return. The level master suite is spacious, clean, stocked daily with drinks and snacks and a beautiful spa sized tub. The beach is gorgeous blue water and white sand. It can be hard to get a sun lounger if you go down later in the morning, but we always found a spot or even rented the beds on the front of the beach a few times to celebrate special occasions. Worth the money. Grounds are large but nice to take a walk or hop a ride on the train or shuttles. Riviera pool my favourite place to stay during some of the days. I could go on and on about how much I love this place, but truly is all the lovely hard working people we have grown to love that keeps us coming back. see you in April with my grandchildren for their first but sure not last visit. Great service
Cristy and Stephanie were very attentive. My friend and I have been served by Cristy at multiple bars. She’s the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best resort and bar service!
Excellent service - kind, hospitable and excellent drinks! Cristy, Franklin y Estefanía are great!!! Highly recommended, especially the food and specialty drinks - very good quality drinks and service to end a long day at the beach or pool! Great with kids too!

The only plus is that the DR is consistent. The overall customer service is bad and the “upgraded rooms” are in poor condition.

10 day return trip to Punta Cana
We loved this resort. Read so many negative reviews and after spending 10 days here ( just got home early yesterday morning ) we can’t understand what these negative- Nellie’s expect in a resort. The food, booze, long walking pristine white sand beach, huge rooms, fantastic large pool with a swim-up bar, lush green grounds, huge open air yet covered lobby with nightly entertainment and many restaurants to choose from….we were not disappointed in the least. Sure there is room for improvement. Our fridge and safe did not work and we asked twice to get it fixed but never happened. On day 2-10 there was an extra bed cot up against the wall outside our door that should have been picked up long before but didn’t. The lack of bathrooms by the beach and pool - need more as it’s a walk to the buffet to use them. Front desk/resort does not exchange money at all. Very hard to get $1 usd bills anywhere so be sure to bring lots with you. In all my 40 years of travelling, this is the first time I couldn’t get local currency money at the hotel. I did bring USD cash but quickly ran out as we tipped a lot and would have got more if the service was available. We did not upgrade to “the level” and don’t see the added value to it. We had no issue with a la cart reservations at the sign up spot outside the Mexican restaurant. Always had a spot on the beach and by the pool and could get premium drinks at Bargarita, Sapphire & Olive’s. Our regular deluxe room location right in the middle of resort was huge with an added couch & 2 chair area as well as 2 chairs on the patio. We always found a golf cart or trolley going by to take us where we needed to go. So for us, non level was great and not worth the extra cost ( which is expensive in my opinion at approx $700 more per person) Shout out to some amazing staff members…Stanley atBargarita’s, Richard at Olives, Jose at the pool bar and Shaggy Mr Bombastic for keeping us moving & entertained. These few really stand out to us but there are so many more that I can’t remember their names but can still see their smiling faces. Happy to recommend this wonderful resort and would return no problem!!
