    Amazing service from Abelardo

    Abelardo was amazing! A phone call away and helped with all our questions and made us feel at home. Amazing service from him and the staff. My boyfriend and I had a great time. And definitely recommend cocobongo! The hotel provides transportation if you purchase the package with them.

    The most amazing tropical massage at YHI spa I’ve ever had in my entire life—truly life-changing! I feel like a brand-new person, completely relaxed and at peace. Thank you so much for such an unforgettable experience! This 45th birthday celebration has been truly memorable.

    Wonderful spa experience

    The service at the spa was amazing, at an affordable price. I scheduled an appointment, but had a girlfriend with me who was able to get booked on the spot. We both booked the Tropical Bliss massage. The facility was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

    Disappointed

    We arrived and everything seemed great until we went to the beach and there were not enough chairs for all the guests .they said we had to get there at 6 am to get a chair. So the next day that is what I did I thought ok we can relax NO people kept walking by asking if we wanted to buy something very annoying . Food all taste the same don’t matter where you ate it was overall very disappointing
